we are british and this hotel is not suitable for british people. entertainment at night is all in spanish. it’s a spanish guest hotel never heard anyone else british full stay. air condition was terrible in room it was warmer in room than it was outside and that was it on apparantly! it was zero chance to get a chance to try the pool as was all reserved again with spanish guest who i must say some were extremely rude pushing in to us! wouldn’t return i booked this as extended our stay by 3 days the other 10 i stayed across the road and expected the same here that i got but was very wrong

Excellent location, very close to the beach, shops, bars, Calle Gerona and restaurants! 5min walk as well to catch the bus to Alicante airport in Av. Europa. I just had dinner once at the hotel and there was a great variety of food! Jose was great, gentle and always ready to help! What I didn't like was that on one of the days of our stay, when we came back to the bedroom, the door of our room was not locked. I then called a staff member and he came up. Fortunately, nothing was missing from the room. During our check in, the receptionist didn't give us her fully attention, as she was talking to another member of the staff whilst doing our check in.

Lovely hotel would come back

Pool was green and unclean room was satisfactory we was in the room while the cleaner came we asked for 5 minutes to gather out things and leave so they could clean and they complained and rolled their eyes.. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and we won’t be staying again.

Reasonable average hotel for the money we paid

The hotel is in an excellent location, 10-15 mins walk from the old town 5 mins from beach and 10-15 mins from the strip. Mainly spanish guests with spanish entertainment. Only had breakfast which was goodf

Lovely hotel, ideal location for both old and new town. Pools were kept very clean and always beds available. Breakfast ( if you make it) had a lot of variation and some cooked fresh for you. Overall a great hotel

Great Place

Hotel nice and modern. The room wasn’t very clean with a dusty floor and hair stuck to the shower wall. The dinner was not nice at all with poor choice. We came down for breakfast at 10.10 and there was nothing left and they wouldn’t get us any food. The waitress was very rude and didn’t care.

Hotel was clean and in central location with the Main Street a 2 minute walk and beach about 5-8 mins. Lots around it bit nothing too noisy.

Excellent stay would recommend to friends and family.

When we arrived they only had one room that was what we had booked within the hotel and offered us two ground floor rooms which stood alone outside near the pool area. The rooms were adequate but our room the hand towel rail fell off and the tap on the sink was loose, the shower was a good size but we did have drainage smells late afternoon. The room was quite small but had everything in except any coffee/tea making facilities but we were only there 4 nights but had we been staying more I would have asked to move rooms. The hotel was clean and quiet at night. I would definitely return.

Wasn’t value for money at all, Very basic, balcony facing a balcony from the building across back street, not my thing so won’t be booking again and wouldn’t recommend due to the cost when others in the vicinity are far superior.

Well located hotel close to old town and sea front but only 10 minutes to the Marriott and the lively nightlife. Very good pool and sun bathing area plenty of sun beds but was April Easter weekend, staff very friendly at checking and restaurant. Food had limited choice and as expected from the buffet warm rather than hot. Spanish entertainment in the evening but close to lots of other entertainment. 3/4 star hotel nice for a short stay.

This hotel was in a great location for a first time overnight stay in Benidorm.. the man on reception when we checked in was the most helpful staff member we have met over the lady 2 weeks traveling around Spain .. he explained very clearly re parking etc … and was also a very nice person..would come back to this hotel .. mainly because of him ..

The Los Alamos has become our go to hotel in Benidorm. The staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, it’s in a good position for us, as we like the old town and it’s just a 5 minute walk from Levante beach.

Nice hotel, nice and friendly staff - We enjoyed our stay here and it felt very safe!

Pool area clean, small size, would fit everyone duruing summer season. Sun only hits parts of pool area. Excellent locstion for old town and party strip access. Rooms clean but basic, air conditioning was none exsistent. Dont think there were any other English in the hotel, but everyone was pleasant. Different evening entertainment provided daily, always seemed busy in the bar area but we didnt stay in to watch it. Breakfast was a wide selection of food.

this is the worst 4 star hotel we have ever encountered two grumpy old men with stinking garlic breath checked us in eventually put us in a room out in a corner like a dungeon there is only one side of building gets the sun at pool and maybe street view but spanish come first British people are not liked at this hotel due to past incidents barman was nice to us the dining staff unpleasant they try to keep English separated to one area food was awful and cold there is a female receptionist I think Laura she was excellent after three days she helped us to get a better room we have had better from 2star hotels small shower then coming out into a freezing Bathroom when we checked out we never even got a thank you for choosing there hotel I would never like any one to receive such awful treatment we moved to another hotel and was made welcome

Not 4 star no gym sauna indoor pool food undercooked and all set up for spanish snacks none existent spanish locals came for spanish entertainment absolutely rubbish would not recommend to english people
