Staff is very friendly and helpful, made suggestions for dining and activities, close to old town and easily walkable

Very comfortable beds but there was trouble with the AC. Also very loud disco nearby disturbed sleep until 2:30 AM.

If I had a question the concierge had an answer. I felt so at home. right down the street is grocery store for anything I forgot. So much was in walking distance, fancy or casual restaurants, beautiful old buildings and musuiums. There is a unique blend of tourests and residence that gave me a feel for Panama

Really nice hotel. Staff were attentive and kind. Very clean. The roof bar/restaurant is closed fyi, which is nice for a quieter stay but also something to keep in mind if you wanted to go there.

Historic vintage charm and wonderful staff. There’s construction nearby and subsequent traffic congestion that creates intolerable noise at peak times and weekends. The large corner suite has a quirky modern glam mixed with antiques. The luxe bathroom is the star of the space. However, AC system was turned off when we arrived, so the humidity in our room was overwhelming. The rooftop was closed for renovations.

La Concordia Boutique Hotel is absolutely wonderful. The small size was a refreshing break from the gigantic hotel chains. The property itself is lovely and the location was great. Our room was spacious and beautiful. We loved our balcony for morning coffee. The best part, however, is the front desk staff. They were all great. Miriel was especially knowledgeable and helpful. She's a problem-solving whiz. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Big beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff

Staff was very helpful

I booked this hotel and requested transportation from and to the airport. The communication with the hotel was great and the driver picked me up upon arrival. However, he told me that we were waiting for another passenger who would be traveling with us and that the hotel would give me a discount due to the last minute change. We waited quite a while and I told the driver that I wanted to leave and was planning to take a taxi to the hotel. He immediately told me that he would take me . On our way to the parking, he found another colleague and told him To wait for the other passenger. He was texting all the way from airport to hotel, something that I thought was dangerous while driving. When I arrived at the hotel, the attendant attempted to convince me that the plan had never changed and that the hotel gave him instructions to pick me only. This did not go well with me as it seemed that she was not being honest. The room was humid and the sheets were stained. The night was awful as there is a club across the street with loud music until very late. I could not sleep the two nights I spent there. There is no dining facilities, bathroom amenities are bottles on the wall, not the amenity that you expect from a so called boutique hotel. The safe was Not working, I reported but it was not fixed. Overall, a true disappointment and waste of money. This hotel needs to upgrade the room amenities, improve service and do something drastic to stop the noise from the street.

We loved this property, it was perfectly located. You'd get plenty of options for cute restaurants and cafes at walking distance. The room itself was huge and perfectly decorated with a retro chic vibe.

The restoration of this building was definitely a labor of love. The attention to details allows you to feel that colonial vibe while providing luxury & technology without disturbing the ambiance.

The hotel is beautifully restored and the decor is very tasteful. The rooms are comfortable and staff very kind and welcoming. The only negative is that the music from the roof top bar and surrounding hot spots goes on until the early morning, resulting in difficulty to sleep for all members of the family.

This boutique hotel is an excellent example of a beautiful restoration project in the Panama old town. It's a fun play of old and new and still pays tribute to the original building. The room was decorated beautiful and included every thoughtful comfort one needs. My only negative point is that we were there over a weekend and the rooftop bar upstairs only closes after midnight, and the nearby hot spots only close at 3am, so our family struggled to fall asleep. The hotel is close to many great coffee spots and restaurants.

What a great cute place! We stayed here for 2 nights and we’re welcomed by name as we walked in. The gentleman at the front was super helpful to get us oriented to the area. A nice breakfast place in the same building was a plus. The room was super spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel right in the middle of town

La Concordia is a beautiful hotel that looks like an Italian Palazzo on the interior. Lovely tile work, huge luxurious bathroom, excellent bed, wonderful linens; and nice to have a balcony with chairs. The young people manning the reception downstairs were wonderful, an extremely helpful with suggestions about where to go, and the terrific young woman whose name I never caught (so sorry!) Offered to order us an Uber to get to the airport, which was a wonderful idea. Much better than taking a cab! Can't say enough about their hospitality, and it was a lovely hotel. That said, you are a person who is sensitive to noise in the evenings, this might not be the place for you. Although we were not bothered by it, there was intermittent music, occasional yelling or cars with stereos booming by until about 1:00 a.m. each night. But it's a city, so we expected that,and we were not bothered by it. If you're used to very quiet places to sleep, this might not be the place for you. And as far as the area goes, it was on the outskirts of the restored areas of Casco Viejo, But when we got lost in the daytime about a block and a half above the hotel, We did not have any problems. But we understand that it's best to stick to the other side of the hotel where all of the buildings are restored, and there is a heavy security presence to reassure tourists. Casco Viejo is a very secure area.

We stayed only one night but it was perfect. Nice, clean. The front desk is very accommodating and provided a ton of information about the area. Towels smelled great! (Weird to say but it’s important)!

Very friendly great service and perfect accommodations

Started out ok (aggressive man panhandling out front when we arrived, they had canceled our reservation because I’d booked with an Amex. They created a new one for us but we had to wait two hours for the room to be ready. All ok. The room itself was cute, and the hotel is in a convenient location. The problem began at night, when we got home from dinner. My friend moved an article of clothing on her bed and a MASSIVE cockroach skittered out, hiding under another article of clothing on her bed. We had to capture the cockroach in a coffee cup and saucer. Not great, but ok(ish)? We had early flights the next day so we laid our heads down to sleep right around 10pm. Which is when the BOOM BOOM BOOM started…and NEVER STOPPED (until past 4am). The arrhythmic BOOM BOOM BOOM all night triggered our cortisol and adrenaline…and neither of us could sleep all night long. I was still awake at 5:45 AM, at which point I got up because my alarm was going off at 6am anyway. I sleep with noise canceling headphones and earplugs—and STILL could not sleep, because the shaking of the bass kept shaking me awake. Worst night at a hotel ever. It’s a no-brainer the hotel needs to notify guests when they will play room-rocking, sleep-shattering music all night long. We booked our room THAT DAY. There’s absolutely no excuse for not letting us know that they planned on playing music until 4am.

Everything was amazing - great location, very convenient, rooms spotless and well made. Most of all impeccable service with extremely helpful staff who went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time.
