Small family owned and operated hotel in very central location. Call ahead for parking advice as there is a lot behind the hotel. We were warmly welcomed, allowed a late check out, and had a delicious breakfast (excellent coffee, meat, cheese, fruit and yogurt). This isn't the fanciest hotel in Stresa but that isn't what we were looking for.

Recently renovated rooms in an old building in a pedestrian only section of town. Parking is available near the hotel. Careful when following GPS instructions to get to the hotel as you may be told to enter the extra narrow streets of the town center.

Great little family run hotel. You are guaranteed to be well looked after. The breakfast is great and very friendly service. Located close to all the local shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the ferries.

Very nice owners and eventhough room was very small it was clean

Centrally located , we were really happy with our stay. We chose half board and the dinners were good , with two choices of entree , two for main and a variety of deserts. Staff were cheery and helpfull so we are happy to recommend this hotel for anyone keen to experience beautiful Stresa .

Lovely little family-run restaurant/hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Location is great, right in the middle of Stresa. Dont miss the opportunity to book half board with your stay. The food in the restaurant is excellent and you will be served a three-course dinner in a typical italian home-cooking style. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No AC in our room, but a large fan kept us cool.

The only thing Really lacking were amenities like an ice machine and a coffee pot in the room. But, it is a 2-star hotel according to the local ratings. The location is excellent in the center of town and the restaurant is great for dinner. The breakfast was fair. Coffee was rather weak but you can ask for tea or decaf which were better. The room was comfortable. Carla the manager is wonderful and helpful.

Fabulous family run hotel in great location. Family eat their lunch here every day and the locals eat here at night. A sure sign in Italy!

PERSONALE GENTILE E GESTORI MOLTO ACCOGLIENTI. UNICO NEO IL RUMORE PRODOTTO DA UNA COPPIA AL PIANO SUPERIORE, CHE DOPO MEZZANOTTE COMINCIAVA A CAMMINARE CON TACCHI RUMOROSI E DAL PIANO TERRA AL SECONDO ANDAVANO AVANTI E INDIETRO PER ALMENO UN'ORA, A FAR COSA NON SI SA. The location is perfect as there is all kind of things to do within walking distance, restaurants, shopping and attractions

Friendly, family-run hotel with restaurant, and very close to the action.I found the bed mattress hard, as has been said in other reviews.

A very comfortable, family-run, small and extremely friendly hotel (with its own all-day restaurant, serving the public & guests) that is very close (about 40 metres) from the main dining square of old-town Stresa, and also very close (approx 150 metres) from the Lake-side and ferry terminal. Lots of old-world ambience and great staff friendliness, with quite adequate rooms, although not with the inclusions (eg. bar fridge) of modern hotels. The included breakfast is quite comprehensive and the dinner-de-casa (4 courses) is remarkably generous and of great quality at a surprisingly low price. A genuine feeling of historic charm and great hospitality at a truly affordable rate.

There was no water in the room, not in the basin, not in the toilet, not in the shower. I arrived at 9 pm. Only at 1 am water started flowing.I think they would have had to lower the price for the inconvinience but they didnt. They even asked for the 0,50 euro for local taxes.

Very relaxing holiday in comfortable hotel with very good food and choice of menu. Very helpful staff. This was our third time here.
