A very dirty place

I checked in with my wife for a Saturday get away. We check in assuming everything is in working order so we go and enjoy our Saturday. We come back the toilet is clogged, the tv is not working.. we tell the front desk and they move us to a worse room with a bathroom with mold and cacaroaches, no microwave, the tv was still not working, and the keycard for the room would not work at all. I will be contacting corporate, this place needs to fix up their rooms before charging you for things that are not in the room, and stuff that doesn’t work. I hope management makes this right or I will be contacting corporate with the pictures of what was missing in the room.

The hallways and Hotels have a heavy smell of mold

Not sure I'd stay there again. Hallways were very dirty. Person at desk when I checked in was rude. But person at desk when I checked out was nice. Also front entrance people were smoking pot.

Hotel hallway carpet was very dirt, all kinds of people were hanging out in front of the hotel a truck was packed there blaring loud music. The male front desk staff was the most unfriendly I had ever seen in the hospitality business. We were charged extra to change our room from king bed to a queen room because we asked for a room with a pull out sofa. Hard to justify the extra $22 we were chaged for a change of room.

Noisey in the hallway, only one elevator in the hotel and people was holding the elevator door and you had to wait No towels available had to wait and no tissue had to go to store to purchase, house keeping did not clean the room entire stay. The entire stay was very awful

Saw bugs in room and the “breakfast” included was snacks and beverages, not an actual meal.

Everything is just almost decent. Not quite good, not quite prison …but definitely not worth the prices they’re charging.

The fridge wasn’t plugged in and didn’t like not having a USB plug as an option to charge devices.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The red flags started when it appeared to be more low-income housing than travel accommodations. The check-in process was one of the longest I've experienced. The floor I stayed on smelled like death as I stepped off of the elevator. I literally held my breath to get to the room at the end of the hall. I should've left at that point. At least the room appeared to be clean despite having its own aroma which I also can't pinpoint. At midnight I was beating on the paper-thin walls trying to get the people in the other room to shut up. I must've passed out but was awakened at 2am by a lady screaming at the top of her lungs at a couple of men. I had my phone in hand to call the cops when they must've gotten her calmed down. Then it started again at 3. And again at 4. By this time, I was online and searching for a new hotel. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything without doubling or tripling my cost. So I sucked it up until morning. I was supposed to stay the weekend so I could explore Tampa. Instead, I checked out and ran. The ladies at the front desk didn't seem too concerned about what I told them. If you think about staying here, do yourself a favor and pay more to stay somewhere else.

The refrigerator should be replaced. It is very old warn out

annoying that they couldn’t check out when we left around 1 am and they didn’t mention in the listing you have to be 21 to check in. so

The property smelled a lot like smoke, everywhere, all the time despite the numerous “No Smoking” signs. It’s obvious that this is more of a place where people live indefinitely than an extended stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my parents who stayed in another room with a broken fridge and door. They did move them immediately. They also fixed our door as soon as we presented the problem with the keys.

Room halls outside all smelled of weed. A lot of verbal disturbances in halls and through the walls Room had dead bugs in corners ans behind furniture poorly cleaned

The chair in the room was all scratched up. The fridge was rusted on the outside. the room was aesthetically unappealing to say the least.

The room we got was 222 and the ac was broken and not working properly. We notified front desk on which they told us that every room was booked and the ones available either had a broken ac or had pests. The room was also dirty, the floors had dirt the towels were dirty too. The bathroom door was punched in and broken. The wifi didn’t work and the so called breakfast was a couple of packaged muffins and nutrition bars with water or orange juice. 1/10 would not recommend.

The TV remote did not work. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The front desk staff is not helpful with hotel issues. Everything else was great.

Smelt like weed in the hallways people loitering outside the building and my room had someones dirty socks still on the floor when i walked in and the tv was non functional.

Reception with a very strong smell of smoke. room hallway with a bad smell (like mold mixed with smoke). The room had a bad smell, it smelled of mold, there was no carpet, but there was a bad smell, the wooden floor was extremely dirty (my daughter spilled some water on the floor when we dried it with paper, the paper, which was white, turned dark brown with dirt and to Close in the morning we saw a small cockroach walking around in the TV cabinet. The “breakfast” advertised as included that is offered is a joke, it has 3 snacks, some bags of cereal and a coffee machine, the breakfast environment has 1 table and 5 stools. Definitely very bad.

Before leaving this review I contacted the property manager, to request a refund. The same day I checked in, I checked out. I secured a room at another hotel for the remainder of my stay. I don't recommend this property at all. It wasn't clean and I, traveling alone did not feel safe. the Property Manager, should have responded to my email. I would never recommend this, or any other Extended Stay property ever. It should not be on a hotel list, it’s a weekly housing for people who have poor credit.

Extended Stay helped my wife and I out when we in a tough situation. only wish is that the check in was before 3 pm but I understand that is the industry standard

The place is dirty and it smells of mold. The breakfast is a shame and a joke! do not choose there if you expect a clean room, and breakfast with eggs, bread, and fruits. They only have oaths, hotwater, coffee, and hot chocolate as breakfast.

The staff was great but the room wasn’t fully clean the towels had stains on them and they definitely didn’t mop the floors or take something to clean them with everything else was good though very close to where we were going

This is not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of any imagination but… for the price it certainly exceeded my expectations. Room was clean, water was hot, and the place was quiet. If you are looking for the Ritz this is not the place for you but if you are looking for an affordable place to stay that is clean and convenient, you have it here.
