It was good, clean, comfortable and the staff was great

My significant other and I stayed in the this hotel for 2 evenings. It is a rather new hotel so we knew it was nice. As I checked kn the customer service was not very nice but they could have had a bad day. There is a thermometer on the wall and it seems to be the AC but it is not, the ac is a large nice window unit. The power went out for about 2 hours and we never heard anything but it did end up coming back on. At checkout, we asked about it and the woman said that i blue thing flew through the sky and that’s when the hotels power went out… interesting. She was much nicer than the person that checked me in. Overall is was an okay stay with a couple bumps.

One of the desk associates was not very friendly. Our bathroom door would not close all the way and we were told alot of doors in the building are like that because "the building is leaning." Water pressure in the shower was very low. Breakfasts were great!! Most of the staff were pleasant to work with.

The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent! Also, a large selection of microwaveable meals, snacks, and beverages.

Horrible customer service. I was told the location couldn’t find my reservation and it took 1 hour to check in. Suite not available. I prepaid this reservation for 2 days and was told my reservation was only for 1 day. No manager on duty to assist. The 1st room was very dirty !!! I will not be bringing my family to this location ever again!!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very nice pool that couldn’t be used as it was waiting for its yearly inspection Not very professional. I was VERY much put out as I was so looking forward to a dip. And part of the reason I stayed there was the dependability of the amenities

My stay was good. Very clean and the staff were amazing. Hot water was out around 9:30 pm and themornin. That was out of the managers control. She kept smiling and assisted customers, even the rude ones. Breakfast was filling.

Toilet not functioning properly. Asked for clean towels first thing in the morning and told none were available and told would bring up later in day. Had to call again about towels and toilet paper in the room. Rooms were not cleaned on daily basis by housekeeping.

We stayed here to attend our Grandson's graduation. We were very pleased. The hotel felt safe and very clean. We will for sure be staying here again when we visit

Bugs in the room (a lot of mosquitoes…how do they even get in with no open windows on a 2nd floor room?), so many patrons running up and down the halls/slamming doors all night, random man not staying with us was able to unlock our room with his key

Nice and clean, the woman working the desk was very nice and accommodating. Stayed here previously and was pleased everything was as expected. The only issue was the AC unit rattled when the compressor kicked on, but thankfully propping a chair against it helped.

My family stayed here for a night before going into ATL. Place was clean and worked well for us. Breakfast was better than most.

Property was fine. But the breakfast needs a huge improvement. The meat options look very under cooked. My wife got sick from eating the sausage & gravy with biscuit.

The Villa Rica HIE was easy to find, lots of parking and amenities, clean, modern and large rooms. I was impressed with the services and delicious breakfast.
