The hotel was perfect for our stay! So close to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff at the hotel were so friendly - we arrived at the hotel after 10pm as our flight was late and they still served us in their restaurant. The food was excellent both at dinner and breakfast. Would highly recommend!

Hotel is very clean and pretty. The front desk man at check in was very serious and we didn’t feel a warm customer service. He asked for passports and shared with us that the hotel charges for children my sons age. Not sure if he was expecting us to pay more for our son. I had paid Expedia with all guests and included my sons age. I did not appreciate his comment. The bathroom has a door stopper in which it has a pointy corner. I walked into it as it’s in the middle of the bathroom. It cut my toe badly. When asked for help they did not even provide bandaids or care to ask how I was feeling. My parents room ran out of toilet paper and when they called the front desk for extra they said they could not provide. Also at check out I was asked if I used the mini bar. When I informed them I had drank the 2 free bottle that came with the room, they asked if I drank the hot ones or the cold ones in the refridgerator. How petty!! I thought. I guess, cold water is charged. The staff- not management are great. Management however need more training in customer service. All the spa facilities are closed and Turkish bath are closed. When asked for Turkish bath they said they wouldn’t open it for just one guest. Expedía should update all these amenities as not available. This is false advertisement when booking ad we were looking forward to this. Despite everything out of order or closed, you would think they would allow the pool. First; they showed us a very cramped room, not the the one we paid for, showers were not working, the toilet has a smell, we asked if they have coffee machine and they said yes and gave us bitter instant coffee. Wanted to go to Kargıcak Beach they saüd the road is not good so they did not help with transfer. We asked for an invoice rhwy said they ran out of printer paper. Asked for an extra half an hour to pack they asked for 30 euros. We wanted to use the pool for a couple of hours until our flight they said we cannot use it. And THERE WERE ONLY TWO OTHER COUPLES AT THE HOTEL AND THERE WAS NOBODY AT THE POOL. They dont even have a luggage room. I have never experienced such a management who were uncapable of customer satisfaction or problem solving.

Good location with nice grounds and pool area. Away from main road so it is tranquil.

Very relaxing place to stay. Can’t fault it. Would definitely stay again.

Property was very pleasant, well maintained with a high standard of cleanliness, food excellent, staff excellent and service excellent. Mehmet the Manager was very helpful in all respects, calling taxis and making sure we were looked after.

Good location, lovely gardens and pool. Spa excellent.

Although the hotel & staff are lovely, their answer to everything was ‘out of season’ which meant we didn’t get the massages I had agreed over email with them, nor the buffet breakfast & we had to ask them to turn on the spa as they didn’t turn anything on or uncover the sunbeds for you unless you asked due to it being out of season. The mini bar was nearly empty when we arrived & they wouldn’t restock it & we couldn’t get orange juice at breakfast as you guessed it, it’s out of season! I think the rates should be lower out of season & the differences in services should be made clear to guests when booking out of season.

Rooms were beautiful, lovely toiletries and a kettle with Nescafe coffee. The staff were really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Big thanks to all that work there - the chef made the best pizzas in Dalyan- all staff work tirelessly to make sure you enjoy your stay - will definitely return.

Immaculate hotel, very clean, high standard bathroom and bedroom, very comfortable bed, beautiful swimming pool, lovely spa facilities, wonderful restaurant with top class food served throughout the day. Great attention to detail throughout the hotel. Very friendly and polite staff, including cleaners, spa staff, restaurant staff, receptionists and owners.
