I had a wonderful stay here. My ‘cave’ room was adorable and the view to die for. Location was great and close to everything you could want. The staff were helpful and friendly. Just be aware that there are lots of steps but that’s Oia! The only thing I would do differently next time was choose a pool room because it was super hot in September.

Excellent staff and excellent service. They constantly texted us about our arrival, have a porter to help with luggage, helped arrange restaurant reservations and also helped tell us where to go. Breakfast basket is delivered to your room. Super convenient right in the main square close to the bus stop. Hotel room was a few steps down and away from all the touristy noise so we slept very comfortably. Beautiful views

Absolutely beautiful and an amazing view! The staff went above and beyond and were incredibly helpful. The front desk concierge was fantastic. A convenient location and very clean room. We had our clothes laundered during our stay and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

Location and service was incredible. The staff at the front desk was extremely receptive, helpful, and communicative. They went out of their way to arrange transfers, give recommendations, and help us with anything we needed (like laundry). However, the breakfast is horrible, do not expect much. We saw pictures of luxurious breakfast plates, I think this is only for their most top suites. We received a picnic basket with apples and pieces of bread… Apart from the breakfast, hotel is great! recommend

Highly recommend this property. It’s right in the heart of Oia. Staff is friendly and available. They take your bags to/from your room. They can organize cabs. And the room themselves have everything you need. Very unique cave style. Would stay here again

Our room was an excellent choice right in the heart of Oia. Our balcony provided amazing 180 degrees views and it was wonderful to have breakfast to us each morning. The front desk staff were very helpful and responsive.

Stay was fantastic and the staff was amazing. I only wish I would have gotten the suite with the pool. Would rent from them again. Be prepared to use the stairs!

We were there for four nights and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They took care of most of our needs and made recommendations/reservations, arranged for taxi, boat trips, etc. Each morning the most friendly person would have a big smile on his face and bring you a breakfast basket with coffee and juice. The property was in the center of everything, but very quiet and absolutely gorgeous setting. However, I must state that some of the units have many steps.

Fantastic views, next to famous blue church. Excellent staff. They send a porter to help with your bags at a meeting point. Both ways. While our suite had fantastic views you have to go down about 100 steps. Breakfast was normal continental with boiled eggs

The staff were so helpful from the moment I arrived in Santorini. They went above and beyond from assistance in carrying my bags, organising taxi transfers and delivering breakfast to my room. Thank you for making my stay an exceptional experience. It really made all the difference. Highly recommend!

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during our stay! Our luggages were delayed and she helped us by giving us a charger, and organising taxi for the next day. The room had a great view and was very spacious.

Everything about this stay was perfect! Cars cannot access the hotel because it's on a pedestrian walkway, but the porter was waiting for us at a predetermined location and he carried our luggage all the way to the hotel. He walked us into the reception area and he carried our luggage down to our room (and back up on departure).
The girls at reception were great! They gave us a map, suggestions, and even arranged transportation for us a few times.
The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view is simply spectacular! Breakfast is brought to you every morning in a wicker basket and you get to enjoy a light breakfast while looking at the Santorini Caldera. It can't get better than that!

We had an amazing stay at the Chelidonia Villas. They took care of our every need and made us feel so welcome. The villa had the most incredible view of the caldera. The staff was friendly and helped us with reservations and travel throughout the island. The breakfast was delivered to our room each morning and was good. I could sit on the porch for hours and enjoy the magnificent view. The room was very clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here! They are well respected in the area, the villas are right in the center of Oia and it was an amazing experience!

We spent 3 nights here and we never get bored by the view! Amazing view, spacial balcony, great communication on checking in/out and breakfast arrangements. The hotel even arranged pick up for us.
The room is clean and has every essentials you will need. 3 mins walk to the oia bus stop and the signature blue domed church.
If you do not want to spend a lot on suites with jacuzzi, this can be your choice!

Beautiful place to stay! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. My only complaint is that the breakfast is not very great. I asked for it to be at 8:30 because I had a late night excursion planned and the man serving breakfast came at 8:00AM and knocked on my door anyways. He basically said, too bad and proceeded to give me a high five…The location is unbeatable and the front desk staff will go above and beyond to help you. Would definitely return.

the staffs are excellent. they started communication before we departed so airport transfer was arragned and staff was waiting at parking area. He took three of our heavy luggages cause rooms is some steps down. On the day we left, they also setup same thing. The view, the breafast, the location, we had our best momeries of Greece trip. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful! The setting and view were amazing. The breakfast was delivered in a cute picnic basket each morning right on time with hot coffee and tea.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. They are available until midnight each night at their office to answer any questions, provide suggestions or make reservations. The Greek hospitality they provide is beautiful!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here! We hope to go back.

Amazing views, rooms, and staff! The staff members go above and beyond for all of their guests. After checking out, I accidentally left my Nikon camera at Santorini airport and they tracked it down for me and shipped it back to me in one piece. I can’t thank them enough!!
