So pretty - cute pools - lovely breakfast- amazing beach!!!

The hotel is a lot worse than the pictures online. It is very outdated. Doors are very primitive and toilets and faucets are very old and rusty. Heating does not work with very weak flow of water for the shower. There is no available boiler per room. We have to even deposit Php 500.00 to borrow a boiler or even use their volley ball. The restaurant is very old and the food isn't too good as well. Free breakfast is okay, not a buffet, it's plated with limited food and a glass of drink. The staff does not look too happy serving guests, though the receptionist is nice. The view from the hotel is amazing with its beach front view. Too bad that the resort does not compare to its view.

Toilet doesn't flush properly and bed isn't queen size as described. It's too short. Floors were also dirty like there was some sand... and it was like that the moment we got in. Pools are too small

I would have loved this place when when it was first built and clean, but now our family studio room was just dirty and sad. I thought the first desk staff was the best part of our visit. They spoke perfect english and were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our room on the other hand was a mess. It was just dirty everywhere. There was so many ants and mosquitoes. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and there were very loud cats outside our room. The bathroom was especially dirty and our toilet leaked onto the floor. The air conditioning worked great though. The food was also very bad. Our breakfasts were always super greasy, and all the meats and fish tasted old and gross. The American continental breakfast option was probably the safest bet. The bar food was also pretty bad, usually very greasy too. I didn't appreciate the cook walking around with his dirty shirt and constantly sucking on a toothpick. I really liked the location and the beach in front is beautiful, although the surf is pretty strong and probably not the best for swimming. It's great that there is a volleyball court right in front too. The bar has a large pool table, and there is karaoke at multiple locations. I also liked that the bar staff was pretty lax about us bringing in extra alcohol as long was we kept buying their beer and snacks too. You can only get WiFi near the front desk and in the bar area, not in your room, in the pavilion, or near the beach.

The bathroom kn our room is somewhat defective. The drainage on the sink and the toilet bowl are having issues.

Bathroom is dirty, tiles are old and moldy. Aircon took a day to cool the room. Not worth the price.

Place wasn’t as advertised, not able to use the beach, internet was intermittent at best, and television reception was choppy. Room was extremely hot and took a day to cool down. Food served was not inviting to eat. Several issues with how true food was served including handled with bare hands

Its a home away from hone ...very comfortable and accessible to any destination in La union

The place was ok. Its clean but old. The beach is not really great. If you just want to have a swim, its fine. But nothing fancy.

Great value and one of my favorite places to stay. Excellent ambience, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Tucked away in a quiet area but directly on the beach. Good restaurant too and spacious parking. Have stayed multiple times and will stay again. Something about the cleanliness/design/location/staff/setting is pure relaxation.
