There need rebuilding and need be safe for handicapped rooms.

There have odors in each rooms and air conditioner poorly.

Could not find it. Google maps kept sending us in circles. The neighborhood was scary. Wouldn't have stayed there if we could find it.

The best thing about the property was the staff and I was seriously concerned for her safety, as she was elderly and very sweet. It was a stark contrast to the actual property. This is not a nice place by any account. Sorry.

I’m for the price it’s not bad at all

First room had no heat stains all on the toilet seat and in the toilet. TV didn’t work, door didn’t shut door didn’t open . We switched to a second room it wasn’t the right bed size and it was damn near on the floor. The third room was OK for the price.

Hotel is disgusting. Had to go to store and buy bugs spray cause it was roaches EVERYWHERE........

This hotel should be closed. Most of the rooms are used for long term rentals. These people need a proper place to stay not some crap hole like this

Not suitable at all for families

I didn’t check in but I want share my worst experience ever, I arrived thier the lady gave me the key asking if I want check the room first before checking in I think she was asking me to leave when she saw the kids so I went,,, the I can’t find word to explain my situation, place wierrd, people more weird smells weed everywhere, Rome dierty no pillow on the bed , bed sheets are old and dirty so I went back seeing the lady to cancel my reservation she said we have to contact the Expedia so we were lucky they can do the cancellation and we left for other hotel

It was a flop house for homeless

Near Disney... though it didn't matter. "Resort fees" which includes WIFI that doesn't work. Advertised price doesn't include it show the resort fees that almost double the price. Short staffed. Not a resort in my opinion. More like a cheap, dumpy looking hotel. A guy smoking pot with loud music next door. I won't go back

Dirty rooms Smells bad

Went to check in office. Lady there said there was no expedia reservation. This hotel only does long-term rentals - no overnights.

They seem very racist there parking lot was almost completely empty. When we asked if they had a room the man seemed very nervous to wait on us and told us there was nothing there. I would not recommend it to anyone unless your there color.

Roaches everywhere dirty no air or heat Bed bugs

Holy crackhead heaven! Stay away or lock yourself in tight.

Floors were sticky, people were walking around and yelling through all hours of the night.

There was no heat and we had to leave because it was too freezing cold And the desk clerk was very unhelpful

Found like 5 roaches in my room, the walls edges where decaying, bathroom was disgusting.

Staff and service was very good, they very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and the area qas very convenient and close to the interstate and very close to the major stores . The city police patrol the area would stay there again.....

Non-functional toilet. No functional deadbolt lock, door nearly falling off, supported by a small hinge on the lock handle. No amenities, including no soap or shampoo except toilet paper. No electronics such as fridge. Floor full of dirt, not cleaned from prior visitors. Urine throughout halls when accessing apartment. Very foul smell.

When the lady at the desk gives you the key card and says, "Go check the room and see if it is to your expectations" you know its not good. It was smelly diety and not fit for human standards. It should be condemned.

Worst area and a man out side said don’t rent here all problems. The guy at desk was rude as can be and didn’t know what he was doing. Worst place wver

This is an older hotel. With that being said, quality for price is not bad at all. Pest control could use a little more work but is satisfactory. The pool is not open in the summer time. No breakfast even though they have a restaurant and banquet hall that is non-operational. There are snacks and beverages available at the office which is convenient since the 7-11 next door is usually closed most of the day and/or evening. I’ve only been in there twice because they’re never open. Staff is spectacular, professional, and friendly. This is a very respectful atmosphere. I was a little worried about safety at first but late night hours are quiet here. No nonsense. For price and value I give 5 stars out of 5. Hotel conditions need updating but is in good condition.
