Wonderfully clean and peaceful property! Loved my little cottage and appreciated the complimentary airport transport service. Arrived in Bali a day before my friends, and was very happy to spend it at Poppies. The surrounding Kuta area is quite touristy, but the Poppies property is a lovely oasis of calm. Breakfast at the restaurant was a pleasure as well. Highly recommend.

When you walk through the entrance of poppies you leave the noise and the traffic behind you. A stay at poppies cottages will not disappoint

The cottages and property was so cute and pretty large. The only reason I took one star off was because our AC didn’t cool it down as much as we would have liked. The room was quite warm. Perhaps because the bathroom had outside temp as it was sort of open. But they provided shuttle to the airport and that was great

Lovely quiet place to stay in the heart of Kuta. Loved the food in the restaurant, had breakfast in villa on the last day - great! Pool was small and service there was not good - grumpy pool guy sat at empty bar and no service provided unless you went up and asked - not many people at poolside, we didn’t go there much. Otherwise, staff were super friendly and helpful, good mosquito protection in villa and restaurant. Airport pick up and drop off was excellent (highly recommend), also included in booking. Would stay again if holiday in Kuta.

Poppies is a hidden GEM in Kuta. Adorable and clean and safe and quiet and the people are Lovely. AND the price is reasonable. Strongly recommend! I would love to stay here again.

Tranquil setting. Gardens are kept very well. Cute little private cottages. Very comfortable. Breakfast was a let down. Pool staff should enforce rules of not reserving sun lounger’s.

We loved staying at Poppies. The property is wonderful with cottages and private verandas, the staff are super hospitable, it’s close to lots of shopping and temples and the Kuta public beach. The food at Poppies restaurant was fantastic and the pool area was a great way to end our day after miles of walking. It was a 10-15 minute ride from the airport. They arranged for a shuttle pick up and fruit juice on arrival. I would highly recommend it.

Poppies is an old world oasis. The cottages are lovely and spacious with outdoor bathroom. The staff are gracious and welcoming. The pool area is gorgeous, green and leafy. It was relaxing place.

Location not bad even need quite a few minutes walk out the small lane. Nice and beautiful environment. Most staff are good! The only problem is: the house keeper said she threw away shiseido face cleasimg foam which I uss every day but Inowhere to buy atound …the food in the restaurant was not fresh , .

The cottage looks exactly the same as the advertisement. A very lovely and romantic place. We only spent one night at the hotel, hoped could have stayed longer. Although the entrance of the hotel looks a little small and not easy for the cars to drive into the lane. But inside the hotel is really nice, rooms are well furnished and layout is well thought. Very well equipped. Free airport transfer is provided, the van/car provided is spacious, new and clean. Will come back to the same place for the next visit. Strongly recommended.

Our stay at Poppies was pleasant from beginning to end. We contacted the hotel in advance to book transport from the airport to the hotel, and when we arrived, our driver was easy to find. Transport was a comfortable van. The cottage grounds are lovely, cared for every day by gardners, the pool amazingly cozy, the pool bar has an attendant to order drinks and snacks and provide towels, and there is a small library of reading materials. The cottages are very nice, are air conditioned and have cozy beds and lots of room. The entire staff, from front desk personnel to housekeepers, groundskeepers, pool staff and security, drivers are all friendly and it doesnt take long to feel a part of the 'community'. We had a splendid stay and look forward to returning again in the future...

Poppies is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. There are no words to describe this beautiful place. Cottages are located in beautiful and peaceful garden. "Hotel" is located close to the beach (10 min walk) and busy area with restaurants and shops. There is a nice swimming pool area. Employees are very sweet and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and served in to your cottage. I strongly recommend this place!

Poppies still as beautiful and traditional as ever. Have maintained there Balinese traditions over the years since my first visit in 1980. Poppies Restaurant is a MUST visit whilst in Bali and even more magical if you stay at their stunning hotel. An oasis in the heart of the ever bustling Kuta

Just step inside to leave the craziness of Kuta behind. Wonderful cottages with and awesome breakfast. Close to most everything you want and helpful for areas to visit and places to see.

It's a very Bali style property in a tropical garden. The staff are very friendly and they provide free airport transfers. Everything is excellent except the water volume from the shower and toilet flush is small. I would definitely recommend it to my friends if they visit Bali one day.
