Standards rooms are too too small

The entry smells really good and inviting. They greeted us with free water which was a plus in the Florida heat. The room was clean; housekeeping is every other day. The only hiccup was the keys didn't work at first so I had to go back down to fix the issue. Ended up getting a new room. The ladies at the breakfast area were working really hard to make sure everything goes well. Breakfast was a plus also. Overall, we would stay there again

We checked in after midnight due to a late night flight and had been promised a late check-out the next day over the phone. When we verified we could do late check out when we checked in, we were told we need to check with management the following morning. I called the front desk the next morning and was told no late check out. The bathroom had dirty flooring and the room just didn’t feel very fresh. The bed was hard. When we checked out, there was no thank you or greeting to have a nice day. Lots of places we could have stayed, but trusted the “excellent” rating. Not our experience.

This was an interesting stay. My floor smelled funny and when I mentioned it to the front desk they just laughed it off. My check in felt rushed because I’ve stayed at Hamptons before I had an idea what to do but it would have been nice to be told. My TV stopped working the first night, the maintenance man was the nicest person my entire stay. It was never fixed so I kept it off the rest of my stay. Overall, I give it a 3/5 stars.

Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast options were good. The only complaint I have is that the staff were not warm and friendly. They weren't mean or rude, just not friendly. No "good mornings ", "how are you doing", not even a smile. Other than that, everything else was great!

Great customer service! Zach at the check in was very professional & courteous. Our room was very clean & presentable. Love the shower etc. Will be back for staycation! God bless!

The room was nice and very clean. Only bad thing was the AC was a bit noisy. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was okay if you have a car. Nearest beach is 45 minute walk, walmart about 10 minute walk along with a few restaurants.

The guy at the front desk that checked me in was not friendly at all, the room was not cleaned properly, the sheets were so dirty i itched all night even after i took a shower. The breakfast options were good and it was conveniently located.

The guy at the front desk said he would call us and email when the room was ready he never called. And didnt even write down our name but the room was nice breakfast was very good.

Check-in was horrible. We arrived exactly at 3:00pm and it was explained to us that our room wasn't ready. The system was down and also they couldn't give us a room until one was released by housekeeping. We waited maybe 40 min. They said that part of the problem was that "members" could self assign rooms and got first choice. So, my take on this is don't book this place unless you become a "member". Also I found out that you can "beat the system" by not arriving at check-in time of 3:00pm, but arrive at maybe 4:00pm. The whole thing is totally ridiculous and hasn't ever happened to me before. Having said all of this, it is a shame because the people were nice, the room was great (expecially the bathroom!) and the breakfast was very good.
