The location infact was just 3 tram stops from the Dusseldorf HBF, but due to no hotel sign, most neighborhood didnt recognize the hotel existence which made us difficult to find out the real location, except the garments store clerk at the ground floor. Its just an apartment indeed. To go in, we must push a doorbell from the ground/road door, hehehe..... No matters with foods as surrounded by restaurants even need to walk 5-10 minutes. Inside the room, there were supplied free of charges of some fruits (unfortunately the apple was rotten), red wine but no drinking water, however sparkling water instead. Very clean room, bath room too provided with hand soap but no body liquid soap, no Aircond or fan. For ventilation, we need to open the door, there of course road noisy influence the sleep. Lift is only upto 6th floor, need to step up one more floor to reached the receiption and room.

As being world wide business traveler, you will get incredible bad service that I haven't seen anywhere. No help -nothing. I had paid the rooms for 4 nights and no room. Lost my money and bought new rooms from other 1 km away. Secondly you hardly believe from street side and inside that you go inside into the hotel.

Excellent hospitality. Very nice and completely redecorated. Nice rooms - large, very fresh and tidy. Excellently placed in central Düsseldorf. Nice beds and bathroom perfect.

Nice hotel in extraordinary Position. Very friendly stuff. Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Room could have been better cleaned, but it was allright.
