The hotel was awful. Dirty rooms (the floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned as there was still hair and sand through the room and bathroom, there were no blackout curtains, the room was very noisy from both the street and the aircon, making a loud bang every five minutes - not much sleep was had. The bathroom drains smelt terrible and the towels were stained and discoloured. To top it off, there was no iron in the room, seemingly because they want to earn money on laundry, which is fine, until I ring up the morning I’m leaving asking for an iron to iron what I’m to wear on the plan and am told, there’s nothing they can do. What hotel doesn’t provide an iron??? I also asked for ice which I couldn’t get because the restaurant was closed. Just normal services I’m used to at other hotels, weren’t available at this one. It looks a lot nicer online and I guess I forgot the old saying “you get what you pay for”. The staff were all lovely, one positive about the place!

Much better than I expect.
Walkable distance from airport (about 15 minutes) and Central kuta beach.(about 15 minutes).
From the roof pool, you can enjoy beautiful sunset and the water is very clear.
After checkout, I store my carrier, and at the evening I can shower. The food at restaurant was good, reasonable price, and enough amount.
Bed sheetcover had some stains, the only I dont like.

We had a truly wonderful 5 nights at Sulis, can’t recommend it enough for those wanting a quieter Kuta stay! The room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony - we asked for a garden view which meant it was quiet and scenic. The rooftop pool is fantastic with plenty of space and sun beds. Being able to press a button for poolside service was a real treat! The food and drink from the restaurant was great and the service from staff was always friendly and efficient. The area is great too, Jerman beach is only a couple of minutes away and calmer than other beaches in the area. Good local warungs and views. It’s easy to walk or get a Grab to elsewhere if you want, and the hotel recommended us a great driver who took us on trips that exactly met our needs. Honestly couldn’t have been better, thank you for a beautiful stay!

Sulis was a good spot to park ourselves for the afternoon before an 8pm taxi to the airport for our flight home. Clean, spacious rooms, a cute little spa on site - $25 for 1.5 hours. Unfortunately the staff were not overly pleasant or helpful for us but it did the job. It’s always obvious in Bali when staff aren’t as kind as they’re usually so lovely!

I had a very late check-in and the security team treated me very well and provided a seamless check-in experience. The spa is 24hrs and the beach is directly across the road! What more can you ask for!

We had a short afternoon stay whilst waiting for a 1am flight, I emailed them asking if you could possibly be available at 1pm & they weee most accommodating & it was ready f it d us to leave our luggage & bags, jump back in with driver into Kuta! Did a few hours shopping, drinks & lunch & returned for a few on the quiet balcony side, had showers organised our shopping then the lovely porter came, collected luggage as reception had arranged a driver to take us to airport!! Room was great, clean, animal towels on bed & toiletries! Would if been fine for a few nights!

The rooms a very nice and clean and spacious but very noisy in the street. They charge for breakfast and the breakfast is very limited to what you pay. You have to choose your breakfast so it’s limited you have to choose a time to eat which I find rediculous on holiday! Your safety deposit box did not work and they did not fix it. We restaurant on the 5th floor food menu is very limited and I asked for fresh orange juice and got cordial. Not acceptable to hun it say fresh. I know for a fact it was not not fresh and came
Out of a carton. Sad because this use to be a great hotel but it’s gone downhill. Would not suggest to get the breakfast and pay $14 Australia dollar when u get better on the street.
No movie channels on tv except for news channels.
Sorry to say I was very disappointed and this use to be a nice hotel but really gone down hill when it comes to customer service.

The Staff right from the Receptionist to the Bell Hop were extremely Polite, Respectful and very friendly.
Location wise it’s close to the Beach, Eateries and shopping.

Amazing hotel, very clean and staff was friendly. Close to lots of dining and a quick walk to the mall. Pool was amazing - super quiet and private and was the highlight of our stay !

The hotel has a great location, with the beach across the street and the airport within walking distance. The terrace is a great place to catch the unset. The room is very spacious and has all the things I need. It is truly a gem, and offers great value for the money! I highly recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful property extremely clean and tidy. Right from the front desk the two girls Sri and her colleague to the wonderful room cleaners nothing was too much for them. The room boys are very thorough with their cleaning and surprised me daily with different towel designs. The breakfast team also always smiling and helpful. Very special thank you to Sri for her beautiful smile and helpful nature hoping to be back soon.

There’s not much to particularly do in this area, other than the mall and the beach - however, the hotel was close to both of these locations. Pool was large and nice. The location was close to lots of convenient stores and restaurants!

Sulis is always great, we were just disappointed that since our last stay in November the number of available tv stations had reduced with the movie channel in English gone. We hope it is restored by December 2024 when we returned

We love staying at Sulis but this time we were disappointed that there is no longer an English speaking movie channel as there had been in November when we were here last. There are very few English speaking channels and we definitely miss the English movie channel. The rest of the facilities are great.

It’s just so so. Big family room, but all quite basic. Limited dining, a swimming pool that is not suited for kids and rather inflexible rules around housekeeping. The location is convenient and the price OK, so if you’re only in the hotel to sleep it’s fine. The nearby beach is not one of the greatest either , so if one wants more better look elsewhere. Oh, and noisy dogs outside at night with lots of barking and howling.

Only had one night here and booked due to the proximity to the airport which was perfect. The hotel was great, modern rooms, clean, more than helpful staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
