We had a nice stay at the hotel, and there were several things that impressed us. The staff were generally very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was definitely a highlight with plenty of variety and good quality. The view from the hotel was fantastic, and we really appreciated the pool bar, which added to the holiday experience. However, there were some challenges that brought the overall experience down a bit. Some of the staff did not speak English very well, which made communication difficult at times. The hotel advertises having two restaurants, but there was actually only one, which felt misleading. There was also a faint smell of sewage in our room, which was unpleasant. Additionally, there were too few hooks in the room for hanging towels and other items, which made the room feel less practical. As for the food beyond breakfast, we felt the lunch and dinner menus could be significantly improved. It’s also worth mentioning that the hotel’s location might be challenging for some guests. To reach Kata Center, Kata Beach, and Kata Noi Beach, you have to walk down a very steep hill. This makes it unsuitable for those with reduced mobility or strollers, and it can be tiring for many. Overall, we had a good stay, but we hope the hotel works on these areas to offer an even better guest experience in the future.

Perfect in every category I could not fault this hotel it is highly recommended and I will definitely return. Staff went above and beyond always I returned one day with an injury from outside the resort staff were so concerned and placed a get well soon stick message on my bed little things that leave lasting memories 🙏🙏🙏

Amazing hotel. It is on top of a steep hill, that you have to walk up to reach the hotel if you access Kata beach and surrounds.

Loved to stay here. Nice hotell with a perfect view and so friendly staff.

Charles did a great job. Be aware of, you have to go down and up a hill (can be dangerous i rainy weather, it can be quite dangerous- slippery.

The hotel looked nice overall but the rooms felt a little dated. We booked a larger room but the shower set up was pretty bad with a poorly working rain shower and a handheld shower head that’s only waist level high. The included hotel breakfast was very average with few choices and the hygiene of the food was a concern as it was an open air eating area and a lot of the foods were left out in the open and I often saw flies hovering over them, and even saw birds landing on the breads. As other reviews have pointed out, there is quite a steep walk back up to the hotel and it can get quite intense in the heat and the petrol fumes from vehicles zooming past you. We also got unwell during our stay so the walk up the hill was extra difficult. The hotel is properly nice for a very brief stay but spending 5 nights here felt a bit too long.

Lovely hotel. Great roof top pool with plenty of sunbeds. Swim up bar great for an afternoon drink. The staff made the stay amazing!! So friendly, really couldn’t do enough. Special shout out to the pool bar staff, and Golf at reception. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
