Really nice location in Susukino: close to a lot of shopping, good restaurants and entertainment. All staff were excellent. Really enjoyed our time at Karaksa hotel.

This was our first hotel experience in Japan and it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast options were fantastic and were a great introduction to Japanese food culture as well as including western options. The proximity to shopping and transit was great.

This place was great. It is our second stay in Sapporo. Both were great. But this one was in a awesome spot to get out and see things.

Convenient location, you could find many restaurants and shops around the hotel. The condition of hotel is keep very well, includes the room and public area. Feels warm and welcome by their staff.

Excellent hotel, room has enough space to store and open the luggages, with split space for toilet, shower and wash basin! One major plus point which the hotel didn't actively advertise is the back door that walks right into Tanukikoji street! Level 2 facilities include onsen, washing machine and dryer, and a leisure hall with free ice-cream. Totally impressed with the hotel.

It's so accessible to the city. It's clean and the staff are friendly.

Great location just stay on the Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade. Welcome drink and friendly customer services offered by the hotel. The restaurant is open for guest to chit-chat or enjoy a drink after evening times. Room is smaller than expected though but super clean.

Nice location and facilities. Free massage chair and drink after spring bath was wonderful. Room was clean but a little tiny for extra bed. Bad smell noted at outside spring bath was complained by male friends. However the hotel was still good enough for our stay.

Great location and room set up. Connecting rooms for family of 4, spacious and clean. The only thing is the onsen area, a guest was on her phone while in onsen!!! And little kids “swimming”.

Hotel is within the shopping streets and the market - extremely convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful too. When we checked out of the hotel, a male staff further offered us heating pads as it started to get colder. A plus point for this hotel is they do provide a 2-pc onsen suit/pajamas - really thoughtful. Downside is the expensive washer (500JPY) and dryer - also only 2 sets were available. Difficult to park for those intending to drive - no parking within the hotel.

The location was great, the front desk spoke good English and had free welcome drinks from 2pm to 10pm. Would definitely come again when visiting Hokkaido.

very good hotel over all , nice breakfast and all day free drinks. bathroom need more spaces for hanging clothes and towel. hand wash soap is needed in toilet room.

Super convenient location and back entrance straight to shopping streets with loads of restaurants as well Most helpful when you are leaving with big luggages as airport bus stop just round the corner - 1 minute walk at most

Great connecting rooms which is suitable for families with kids and elderly. Staff was friendly, check in was smooth. Hotel is link to shopping over 7 sections. Airport bus to airport is very near hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and a few members of the staff spoke english as well as other languages like korean and thai. The hotel is perfectly located in a shopping area with lots of food choices and within walking distance of the train station. The room was a good size for a family. The onsen was clean and was never overcrowded.
