We liked the pools, sounas, hammam and the building itself, food and the buffet is really well organized but rooms should be a little better cleaned and remodeled. Over all

The main floor(front desk) was nice and clean. The views from main floor is gorgeous. The staff was OK nothing extra ordinary. And the rooms it self not worth the money they charge, had sea view but it was partial view! Overall i would rated this place 3 stars

Great location, good and safe parking facility. Very easy access to the beach. Front desk staffs were very helpful and accommodating. We had a mix up with the reservation dates. It was quickly addressed and resolved. Rooms were as expected clean and all the things worked as expected. Great view from the restaurant and pool area. Will certainly come back for our next trip to Neum.

Nice, clean hotel with great facilities and view. Very helpful and efficient staff. The reception could help answer our questions and solve any issues. Specially Antonella who checked us in had a was extremely service minded. The room was kept clean and tidy on a daily basis by a regular cleaning staff. We asked for someone to clean the furniture on the balcony and within two minutes the smiling cleaning lady had done an excellent job. The friendly staff in the restaurant was very efficient in keeping everything tidy, removing dirty plates etc. We had breakfast and dinner and both were with a good variety well prepared dishes. Used the spa and inside pool and the staff here were very welcoming too. All in all we were very happy with this hotel and will pick it again if coming back to Neum.

All inclusive was a joke, only available in one certain place where the offering was very limited. Food was lousy. No internet connection in the rooms at all. Premium pool on the rooftop had no free towels, yet the entrance fee was charged also from the all inclusive customers. Pool was fine but with a bit of effort it would’ve been really luxurious. Now it was just a pale copy. Staff Spoke really lousy English, had problems understanding us. Towel in our room was cracked- and it wasn’t changed even if we asked for it. In all, this hotel does not earn more than 2 stars and we do not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. The breaktfast and dinner was also good!

The room was adequate size, clean and a good standard. We stayed for 3 nights all inclusive - the food was great, and the local wine not too bad! And the restaurant staff were all very polite and helpful. The wi-fi reception was good although slightly better in the public areas than the rooms. The Spa was lovely and I had a great massage from Boyana who really managed to work the knots in my shoulders. We always managed to find a spare sun lounger round the sea water spa pool. The only downside was they have opened a new infinity pool on the roof -it looks beautiful but they charge extra to use it (7 Euros per person) - so we didn't use it - and it looked like not many others have, it was very quiet up there.
