This was our last hotel in our 2 week Cambodia trip & it was a fantastic way to end. Everything from the hotel lobby to the huge bedroom, separate shower-room is beautiful. The bedding feels luxurious, my partner used the spa which was excellent & pool lovely. We also enjoyed the Apsara dinner & show at the sister hotel across the road
The breakfast buffet was lovely with very good selection but they also offer a la carte which we also used. For our last day, having an evening flight, we decided to use the complimentary lunch voucher. Wow! This was a surprise - absolutely exquisitely presented & packed with flavour - especially the main course Thai red chicken curry. Ive had complimentary lunches on some other stays but nothing like this.
Staff were lovely, very attentive.
Its location is a blessing & in some ways a curse. Overall it's great, being central so within easy walking distance of restaurants, pub street, markets etc but it does mean that the pool & lobby are on a road so whilst swimming you hear the road noise.
However I would still 100% recommend this hotel.

It’s a great hotel the staff at the front desk & dining room are second to none. We used the shuttle from the airport to the hotel very efficient & reasonable. The location is excellent near Pub Street & Night Market. If you stay at this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Overall, the staff was kind, and the location was good. However, perhaps they were too kind? When I was checking out, they brought all the items I had thrown in the trash (a broken umbrella, an used small mat, and worn-out shoes) and paraded them one by one, asking if I had forgotten them—right in front of my boss. Later in the afternoon, when I came back to pick up the luggage I had left, they offered a chance to shower. But then they tried to put my boss and me in the same empty room. We had used separate rooms throughout the trip, so what were they thinking, putting me and my boss, of the opposite gender, in the same room to shower?

Very aesthetic property with tons of artistic touches that make you feel like you are in an art gallery/jungle paradise. The staff are exceptionally attentive and make your stay feel completely hassle free. Food is quite possibly the best Cambodian food I have ever had. There a tons of extra touches like the complimentary salt scrub in the shower to the fresh fruit tray that comes with the room. It is worth the extra money.

Fantastic hotel in Siem Reap. Walking distance of a wide range of restaurants (whether you want the noise and hustle of pub street or something quieter) but nice and quiet. The rooms are modern, well equipped and clean and the restaurant and pool are great to relax. What really makes the place though is the staff; welcoming, smiling and always attentive. Thoroughly recommended for a Siem Reap getaway.

Check in was confused we had four rooms booked at boutique but because there was an issue with air conditioning we were all moved to the residence. Absolutely fantastic hotel where you are made to feel special from the time you arrive to the time you leave. The staff really go above and beyond for the guests, the food is fantastic and the cultural show is not to be missed. This place is awesome. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive and this was our favorite hotel out of a 2 week trip.
At first the pool seems pretty exposed, since its up front as you walk to the checkin counter, but it ended up being the feature our kids most liked.
Also, the restaurant was fantastic! We ate there several times because the food was so good!

My family of four stayed in two rooms at this property. Both were absolutely outstanding in comfort, cleanliness, and safety. We ate at the restaurant for dinner once and for breakfast each morning. The dinner menu represented high-end Khmer food well and was very flavorful. The breakfast buffet was also very good --it had items suited for western tastes and had some Khmer items as well as noodle soup.
The spa was reasonably priced and the services were good.
Every single employee was focused on us having a great time. They were all extremely professional and kind. My family was sad to leave because we had such a good time.

From greeting to farewell this was one of our favorite stays we have ever had anywhere in the world! The front desk team, food service workers, spa, housekeepers and Tuk Tuk drivers were so over-the-top nice. If we are ever back in Siem Reap we will not need to look for a hotel as we will automatically book at Golden Temple Boutique!
