Great property close to the center of Havana. All of the staff was so welcoming and attentive. They went about and beyond to make sure you felt at home. There is a small bar in the lobby of the Hotel which was a plus. The breakfast was also good for the price.

This hostal was located a bit away from Havana Center and it is difficult to reach touristic sites by foot. However, it was one of the most clean, safe and quiet neighbourhoods in Havana, where most of the buildings were in good shape and the streets were mostly clean.. the breakfast was nice & the staff were friendly & helpful

All was good, don't need shampoo or toilet paper. May need soap. Bed was soft! The reception was there, need to ring for it. Only bad is the 5 or 6 keys you need to know to get in and use the elevator. Thin walls to outside, and no Wifi other than 11th floor. Overall not bad, but can be better. Little far from main things I wanted to do.

To be honest we did not know what to expect from a BnB hotel in Havana but it turned out to be really good. Especially, considering the price. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well. We had a large group so booked 3 rooms total and all 3 were good. Now Wi-Fi in the rooms was not too great, but it worked well in each lobby (the hotel has 3 floors of the building). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of Havana and the sea from 11th floor balcony was great. And they also have some really good Cuban Rum in the bar!!! There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and Old Havana with posh hotels and restaurants is 10minutes by taxi. Thoroughly enjoyed our say. If we go to Havana again we will definitely stay there again.

Dont be put off by the external appearance of the building. The Hotel itself is as its shown and the people could not be friendlier or more helpful. Walking distance to good, waterfront restaurants and the bar across the street is good too Thanks to Rafael and his sister

It was very pleasant staying. The best part is the Staff, super friendly people that go above and beyond to make your staying very comfortable. Large and clean facilities. Love the shower, always nice warm water. Definitely worth the money. Lots of good places to explore nearby. Highly recommend it.

Reception was kind and helpful.views are not available from room. You should walk to shared balcony. Wifi available only in reception.

My stay at this establishment was all around amazing. It’s not the fanciest nor the nicest hotel but the staff is so friendly welcoming and accommodating. You feel at home immediately. Shout out to the cooking staff for the amazing breakfast and Rai/Ray the bartender for the drinks the conversations and salsa lessons. Finally to use the words of the so charming Doug “you come to Casavana as a guest and leave as family” THANK YOU. The girl from Montreal😉😉

Very good option for the price . Clean rooms and easy access to restaurants . Walking distance to the Malecon . They should give more instructions to check in . You have to go to the 11th floor but the room are on the 4th and 5th .

The property is near to a busy main road that made it convenient to use the same public taxis like the locals.

I felt safe and comfortable at this property. Minita, Housekeeping lady, cook/server was the star at the place. The downer was the internet connection. But all good. I will definitely book it again

Everything is OK

Located at the street of the presidents, walk to the sea side, quiet. The staff was friendly most can speak some English. Our room was spacious and very clean, the king bed was comfortable. There was a fridge that was a great help for cooling the drinks in the very hot day. We had a balcony which was big and with a view to the city and the sea, very beautiful to sit there in the evening. Good value for money. The wifi was difficult to get on and only available in the common area, that may be a normal situation in the country.

No airport shuttle and welcome drink to the airport as included in the price.

The staff, Lila, Gaby & Ana exceeded every expectation we had; they were amazingly accommodating. My husband and I walked at night (super safe) to different restaurants closed by and had great food and great time every time. ¡Gracias a tod@s en Casavana Cuba! ~Luna
