We were looking for something convenient to I 75, that was safe, clean, and close to EV charging. This property more than fit the Bill. It is a traditional, basic motor lodge. Two stories with stairs to the second story. Doors on the outside. Beds were comfortable. The pillows were more than adequate. The bathroom/vanity area is as you would expect. The television worked fine. The hot coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. For the price and the service, this place is phenomenal.

Room was spacious, king size bed, could be a little softer, but was still good. Decorated nicely. New wood floor. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee, great water pressure in shower, quiet. Just passing through so didn't need a pool or anything fancy. Would stay again. Friendly guy checked us in . Overall a good experience

The property has been well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Kevin. He made our check-in very enjoyable, pleasant, and quick. The rooms were clean, remodeled, and comfortable for the incredible price. Beds were decent. Showers were hot and clean. We would stay again.

This hotel was very clean and met all our needs for our short stay in East Ridge for our soccer tournament. The front desk was very helpful with any need or question we had.

christ stay we always stay here. We can actually back the car up to the front door most of the time. Dog friendly great people work there. Coffee is good.

If you're looking for an economy motel that's worth the price this is it. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6am which was disappointing and I had to leave.

Room could have been cleaner, my puppy found a pill on the floor, thank god I saw her with it before she could eat it. Nice place for a good nights rest in my travels.

I thought I had read they had a pool but they didn't, they didn't have free or any kind of breakfast. It seemed like the other guest actually lived there. There was mildew /mold in the shower along the wall/ceiling and the room just didn't smell good the linens appeared to be clean otherwise I felt like I needed to wipe things down before I used it. Would not recommend.

The hotel was located in a dirty, unsafe back alley beside the interstate. Property was old and parking lot was gross. No extra amenities.

overlooks the highway. rowdy guests at 3am decided to spill their party into the parking lot. then in the morning, the cleaning lady walked in on me while taking a shower.
so overall, not too happy with this stay. also there was no breakfast.

This is a very spartan/utilitarian hotel property. It's obviously quite old and there are no amenities to speak of beyond just a place to sleep. The room was small and had clearly been smoked in.
THAT SAID, it was also cheap and clean. I searched high and low for bugs and found none. The staff was friendly. The room was noisy and I could hear interstate traffic but it was brightly lit and seemed safe. If all you need is a place to sleep this is decent. They allowed my dog and it was a hassle free experience.

Walked in room it had such a horrible smell it was totally awful plus we looked at beds that were supposedly changed and clean it had human hair on pliiows and bed itself after that we walked out and went to another hotel. I would like to know how l can get a complete refund

Plus: convenient and okay price, no bugs, soft beds. Minus: Loud highway noises. Grungy. Corners and walls hadn't been cleaned in a long time. No breakfast. Smell of weed and cigarette smoke comes in under door from parking lot.
