Needed to overnight before picking up my rental car to head to the Atacama so I was only there for about 9 hours. Breakfast good. In fact, I have stayed in an Ibis before-you know what you get-clean/modern microtel that is hassle free.

My stay at this hotel was a miserable experience. It took close to an hour to be checked in - staff was incompetent with low degree of service. Changed rooms three times dues to broken air conditioners, dirty room, various other issues. The lobby itself had dripping water on its customers. It took hours to get the situation somewhat resolved finally by begging for a manager. Was unwilling to wait the 4 hours for Expedia to assist. You can't put lipstick on a pig to make the pig nicer - that is like this hotel.

It was clean, bright and fresh, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good; however, whilst recognising it is a budget hotel the room and particularly the toilet were just too small to be comfortable - a very tight fit!

Room was clean and comfortable with a great bed. However the shower leaked a bit and we found the in-house restaurant very disappointing. Skip the restaurant and try a local spot nearby.

The hotel was centrally located for ease of shopping and restaurants and to get to the airport.There was no shampoo, conditioner or hair dryer.

I stayed before in other Ibis Hotels, and I was always satisfied with my stay. Not so this time.
The rooms are nice and clean. But the walls are not too soundproof - if you have a neighbor who likes to talk loud, you can hear everything.
What annoyed me was the staff: check- in took forever. The maid suddenly opened the door of my room without knocking. And several more things .....
If the staff would be more competent, then it would be a nice hotel.

Nice staff, super comfortable bed. I stayed for one night and enjoyed the hotel very much after the Atacama desert. A big supermarket is right next to the hotel

Great budget hotel in Calama. It’s new and modern, you get a basic breakfast too and all for under $50. It’s located about a 15 minute drive from the airport and within walking distance of the centre of town. Rooms are on the small side but if you are looking for a cheap option to stay for a night you probably won’t find better in Calama.

Small room with all essentials. Would have appreciated the loan of an adaptor instead of having to buy yet another one. Good shower, good breakfast, helpful staff, luggage storage, next to a huge supermarket.

The budget hotel room is small, which is expected. Location is convenient with a supermarket right across the street. Room is clean and everything is working. Wifi requires some configuration but once connected the speed is great.

It is a very small room with European narrow twin beds and very cramped space. Ok if you are 5’ 6 “ max. Can barely fit in the wash room or bathroom. It is a new clean hotel opposite a JUMBO supermarket. I don’t think we will ever stay in an ibis Budget room, very cramped space.
