Found blood on the sheets and shower didn’t drain well and would flood the bathroom. Loud music from bar all night. On the beach though!

Overall it was very good except hot water was off after 9 pm. We hoped WiFi was continuous and did not have to be reset every 12 hours. Room was clean. Food was good and service was very good. This was our second time and we would go back again. The resort is right on Baga Beach. DJ was awesome too.

My suite was next the deafening music and bar that was going to last well into the morning. The manager (owner?) seemed sympathetic and told me he is "rebranding" the little hotel to be a party place and apologized that the Expedia listing gave no clue. I was downgraded to a basic room 15 meters farther away from the dance floor but of course the bass was still pounding through the walls making sleep impossible. This was of course unacceptable. Happily, the manger (Mr A) got me a room at a quiet nearby place which would have cost over one-third less than the "Ocean Premium Plus" I'd originally booked. He kindly told me he would send a partial reimbursement but a month has elapsed and he is no long responding to WhatsApp. Bottom line: If you don't care about noise and want to party until mid-morning, this is you place on the beach. Otherwise, don't take the risk.

They are still trying to fix water issues, they allow smoking in the corridors and rooms and parties sometimes go out of control. If you are travelling with a party group great place with a reasonably clean beach. If you are travelling with family they still need to make some improvements...thanks

Hotel has direct access to the beach and is located 1 block away from Titos lane which is the happening street. Nice bar with seating on the beach. Rooms are adequate with amenities. Internet speed was ok but they should make it easier to access rather give a code for 12 hours access ay a time. Breakfast options needs to be improved.

It was my birthday last week and decided to call my best buddies and party in Goa. after lots of research called Amit(Director) and he assured me of direct beach access and best birthday celebration. Property is new and located bang on Baga beach with direct access from the resort. clean, neat and very very helpful staff. We went to several clubs but have to come back since none of them can beat the music, crowd, and food of Sinon. I'm would like to thank the owner(forgot the name), Amit(Director), Suraj(waiter), Sachin(DJ) Ranjeeth(Chef) and Bablu(Waiter). we partied till 6 in the morning all 4 days. Don't forget to try Peanut masala and Calamari(Squids) masala. Rooms are very clean. we stayed in a suite, huge living room with 4 sofa sets and a master bedroom. the bathroom was fitted with modern amenities. Overall, a great experience this time around and we will stay only in Sinon Baga Retreat whenever we visit Goa from now onwards and would blindly recommend Sinon to everyone.
