Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable!

Great spot, convenient, walkable, clean and relatively new. Breakfast was okay, limited protein on Tuesday- biscuits and gravy and yogurt but appreciated the plain yogurt. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious. The door closest to our room wasn’t working. Overall great value.

This was a nice little hotel with some unique restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

The staff and location were great.

Overnight stay. Large room, pretty good breakfast. Frog didn’t work but overall a good place to stay.

I reserved a King size bed. When I arrived I was told none were available. She only had Queen size. So my spouse and I were very uncomfortable. The commode wasn’t cleaned very well. The breakfast was fair. She would not drop the price. I will not stay there again. I had no idea I would have to sleep on a small bed after traveling 6 hours.

The location next to the Big 4 bridge is excellent. Several very good dining options within shouting distance. Always friendly staff seals the deal, ensuring we return every year.

The staff was very nice; service was excellent. I will stay here again whenever I visit Louisville.

Clean and convenient!

Great place to stay when you want to enjoy Louisville but not stay in the city. Super pet friendly; we were assigned a good sized room with a room door plus a hall door for extra privacy. We were near an exit door to be able to walk our dog without complications. It was perfect for us.

The lobby and our room was clean. We thought the bed was very comfortable (had some softness). Full galley style kitchen was clean and functional. TV in the room allowed us to sign into our Netflix/Showtime/YouTube accounts. Pool/hot tub area was basic and could use a little scrub around the edges, but good enough for a little dip. Hot breakfast was decent enough for complimentary with a good selection of yogurt, breads, cereal, milks/juices, fresh fruit. And they had a waffle maker. The front desk staff were all very friendly and inviting. Cool location at the base of the walking bridge over the river and an easy an/off to Hwy 65 and 31. Big grassy area and small park right across the street (possibly a few homeless/transient seemed to be around, but didn’t feel unsafe). Ate at a pizza/beer place on the other side of the park that you can see from the hotel. Good pizzas and nice outdoor covered dining/bar. Was only there for one night for my daughter's archery tournament at Kentucky Expo Center. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

This is our favorite place to stay when we are in Jeffersonville. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and ready to help for anything you might need. Knowledge about the area and what is available at the time.

Good price nice breakfast and less than 5 minutes from downtown Louisville.

We really enjoyed our stay, swimming, hit tub, very clean quiet and comfortable. They served a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. The beds were comfy and the linen were fresh and clean as well. They had a nice full kitchen for convience. We will definitely stay again.

We were there for our daughter’s wedding. This time, but we’ve stayed with you before, which is why we came back.

Very good. It was as expected.

Awful customer service. Booked with them because of their pool. We even called first ti confirm. Arrived to find theirs closed. They could get us into a "sister" hotel for $80 more and maybe not get the room we already booked refunded. So essentially pay for two rooms.

This was a very nice place with plenty of amenities. The ONLY thing that I could even say negative would be that the water temperature in the shower could have been warmer. Overall, I was extremely pleased.

It was in a great location! There was a park right across the street for the kids to play and the walking bridge across the river right next to it. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were great amenities too! We will definitely be staying again!

I had a great time

The Town place hotel is very convenient, looking the great walkable bridge in Jeffersonville . We had an issue with the hot water in the bathroom shower so the front desk offered a room change. The room had hot water but the TV wasn’t working. So we trade our suite with great views but no hot water for another one with no working TV
