Had 1 issue, the bedside reading lamps had no bulbs in them.

The rooms were super clean and recently refurbished. Smelled very new.

Late check in was good as we were late leaving the drag strip. Rooms were clean tidy and beds were comfortable.

Good old school motel style accommodation- has been updated so very clean and comfortable- handy with onsite restaurant too. Staff very friendly and accommodating

The noisiest room literally right next to the beer garden Noise and excess lights ALL night I don't even understand how they can rent this out there should have been a warning about noise before renting the room

Wont be staying

New coat of paint and some new carpet and the price of a room has gone up hugely. The pub meals have dived in quality big time, as has service. Super noisy with drunken patrons carrying on late at night. Used to be a cheap place to stay with consistently good meals and service. Now overpriced for what is really now a dive despite new coat of paint.

Absolutely love how clean it was and such a comfortable room. Incredible location, and the food from the restaurant onsite looked amazing but ran out of time to try myself. Can’t wait to come back again.

This property is great value for money, well maintained and in an excellent location. A four star plus property. Highly recommended.

Freezer was in need of defrosting as was virtually unusable - I needed to freeze ice packs for my coolbox. No wine glasses or teaspoons. Shower door had no "stop" on it so it just waved around ! The staff that I met were all very good and great to deal with. The parking area outside (I was in room 3) was tight but with various items from the kitchen and bar there too, it made it even more tricky to get out - I have a ute - but all in all, despite all the above, will probably stay again !

Very friendly staff

Three star motel room, clean, basic amenities: air-con, comfortable bed, frig without freezer, kettle, TV and ironing board. None of the extras some small motels offer, eg microwave. Good bathroom, basic toiletries. Grab rail in the shower would be a welcome addition. The motel is off the New England highway, a short walk from the town centre. We were not disturbed by highway traffic noise overnight. Pub meals, lunch and dinner, served in the hotel bistro. Parking is free, spaces not allocated and in the area behind the kitchen was very tight. It was fair value at the less than $100 price offered on our usual booking platform.

Nice rooms, bit noisy with pub beside, but mostly during the day. Would definitely stay here again.
