Very central. Staff are lovely. The room is spacious and has a balcony. The pool area is clean. Breakfast is good. The surrounding beaches are beautiful

The resort was clean and everything was within walking distance. The staff was very receptive, courteous, accessible and always with a smile. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the room is average, and the drains in the bathroom often smell. The attitude of the reception staff is not very friendly and the quality of the breakfast is also very poor.

Great for the money. Spitting distance to bars, restaurants and shops.

It's a very average property with no beachfront whatsoever just kind of cliff that drops off into the ocean so you'll have to go somewhere else if you want a proper beachfront. It's essentially a get what you pay for type of property in the sense that it is priced a bit cheaper than other comparable hotel properties and that is reflected in every aspect of service products and other deliverables. On the plus side it is in a good enough location if you want to be in the middle of the action in that area but it is definitely very basic and barebones in almost every respect and probably not the place to park a car because they have a very very small parking area and if the hotel is fully booked that will certainly pose problems especially with a one-lane path to the main road. Also I found it very inconvenient of them to be inflexible about checkout time and yet at checkout they have the slowest procedure possible with long cues of people trying to check out and catch flights while staff sorts through papers in plastic holders. Quite the scene actually. They could do much better with the breakfast buffet IMHO. Be ready for a long queue if you want to toast bread, get an omelet, or have coffee squirt out of the machines.

Excellent location, friendly staff especially at reception. Grace was very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Lively street during the day and night.

Amazing location on the beach, step outside on the other side and shops and restaurants galore. Grace “amazing Grace” at reception was awesome she looked after us with a constant smile and humbleness. All the staff at reception and restaurant were amazing also. Can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you

When I was checking out they said I took their towels because the housekeeping checked the room and couldn’t find it and I told them it was in the basket. After they found it they gave the deposit 1000 baht back with no apologies. So disappointed that they didn’t find it really well then said I stole their towels.

The pool area was well kept and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing and had a good coffee bar. The pool table was nice

Great location, close to everything but set back so it’s also chilled if you need that. Facilities are good.

Lovely place to stay lovely and clean. A bloody shame the Corona virus ruined the holiday. Would stay again.

was only there for a night but the stay was incredible, especially for the price. Service was top notch. Great location right on the beach. When I come back I will definitely return.

The hotel is clean and tidy but it is run like a military installation . A card and a signature is required for everything ie to get breakfast and beach towels. Breakfast is very basic and only 2/3 stars. We asked for wine glasses in the room but were informed this was not possible. From 8am pop / doff doff music plays all day around the poll and meal area - not at all relaxing. Most staff were friendly.

Right on the beach with a nice pool and bar.Rooms are modern and clean.Staff were polite and helpfull.My only negative was the breakfast................very basic and make your own coffee....instant fom a jar!!................suggest coffee machine or pots ??Defo a good choice for Cheweng.
