Great hotel!

I have stayed here multiple times now because I really do like the hotel! I feel like the rooms are great and the prices for those rooms are very reasonable. The only thing I don't love is that I have to park and go in and check in before I can get the key to the parking garage.

Staff was nice, breakfast is great, enjoyed the 12pm checkout. Parking is a pain especially if you are in an oversized vehicle. The oversized parking is very limited and based on what you drive you could not fit in parking garage. Great stay overall

I booked 2 queen beds... got a 1 bed and a sofa pull-out... shower is terrible. There is absolutely no water pressure. But the breakfast was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. There was a large variety of hot and cold items to choose from, which was perfect with my kids. I wish parking was free, but I did enjoy being able to park in the shaded parking garage that was located right next to the hotel. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and we enjoyed using them. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help us with anything that came up.

Hotel was clean. Spacious rooms, with microwave and fridge. Breakfast was hot with made to order omelets/eggs. This hotel will be our go to whenever we are back in Salt Lake.

we stayed at the Embassy Suites for a long weekend summer trip with the family (family of 4) The two queen beds with separate living space was perfect for us, especially during nap time. It was really nice to be able let my 2 year old nap without any distractions. Really appreciated that our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast selection was great. The pool was also great, we went and burned off energy every evening. The only things that were a miss which is very minor is the toilet paper holder was flimsy and broke, also housekeeping could given us an extra roll of TP on our 3rd day, we ran low. BUT other than that we had a really great stay and will definitely stay there again!

I was so frustrated with my experience. I had used Expedia to book a reservation for my birthday getaway. I use Expedia a lot. II don’t have any problems when I use Expedia but when I booked this reservation , my boyfriend asked that I put his name on the reservation because he wanted to pay for the room, so I did put his name on the reservation I chose our room when we arrived at the hotel he sent me in with his credit card to get us checked in . The gal at the front desk was very short with me she would not offer me any information or help me with the reservation and insisted that she could only talk to my boyfriend since it was his name on the reservation . Even though I had confirmation on my phone. He comes in to check in and once she found out, we did not need a room for a disability, ( I didn’t remember selecting) , she put us in another room but she never told me to call Expedia ..so I feel like she canceled out our reservation and just rebooked us as if we just walked in .Original reservation $160 for king bed Suite turns into $240 she never mentioned that when she was checking us in ..it wasn’t till we got to the room and my boyfriend said we could’ve stayed somewhere else for the money that we just paid for this place . I said it cost $160 and he said no she she charged me $240 . I was really frustrated with that process because if that was the case I would’ve gladly called Expedia changed our reservation and then checked in.

So, we had a reservation for our wedding night here. We had made it months in advance, called to make sure that they were okay with a later check in. We made sure every time to let them know it was our wedding night and we reserved a king suite. At check in time, one of the employees checks us in (me and my husband all dressed up and hoping to get into the room to get changed since we were out all day and exhausted) We get to the room to find we were in a two fulls room???????? I was livid. We went back to the front desk and asked hey we paid for a king suite because is our wedding night we don’t need two fulls, we reserved and confirmed a bunch of times for that specific room… only to hear “oh, yeah, we are overbooked tonight on king suites, sorry about that”. Literally ruined our WEDDING NIGHT!!!! Best part about this hotel was the breakfast.

The mattress was not comfortable

Rooms are large and comfortable. Wish there was storage in the bathroom. We were unclear if rooms were cleaned every day - ours was the first day, but not the next two.

The rooms were nice and quiet. The decor was tasteful and attractive. The staff were all wonderful. The food in the dining room was not what we expected, but it was not terrible. Overall it was a great place to stay

This hotel is one of the best places to stay in Salt Lake City. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was very clean.

We arrived in the late evening. The hotel was understaffed, and when we went up to the room the toilet got backed up. And when we called the front desk to see if they could fix it. 20 or 30 minutes went by and then we went down to check with the front desk because we hadn’t heard from them. In the meantime, no one could use the toilet. They said that they couldn't find a plunger. When they did finally find a plunger, the attendant came up to the door and handed us a plunger to plunge it ourselves. The plunger did not work. It was cheap and flimsy and turned inward. The toilet would not flush. I had to request a new room at 2:00 in the morningand move our stuff. Expecting a guest to plunge a faulty toilet is unacceptable. Also the person who was cleaning up during breakfast had a cough. There are no curtains, just a shade that doesn’t block any light. Also, anyone from the parking garage would be able to see into our room. The layout of each room is terrible. It's inconvenient having two entrances to the bathroom and a wall that you have to walk around.

I enjoy the staff and the rooms very much. I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times now—every time I visit my grandkids! The breakfast bar and happy hour are great! I love this place!

Amazi g place to stay! Only things i didnt like was paying for parking and there is a black male that is too picky about fountindrinks or what glass you use. Other then that people and atmospher was great!
