Everyone was helpful and friendly! Great valet service!

As a seasoned traveler, this stay has been by far my best experience in a long time! The rooms are excellent hotel's ambience was welcoming, clean bathrooms, excellent room service and great interiors. But, the overall guest experience is enriched by the excellent customer service provided by Ernst and Josh. Ernst not only went out of the way to accommodate our early check in and late checkouts, he provided excellent guidance on sightseeing trips and took care to ensure our stay was comfortable and smooth. A hotel's reputation is built on the facilities it provides its guests but ever lasting memories and impressions are built by employees like Ernst and Josh. I'm surely going to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special experience in Boston. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott and Ernst. I'll treasure the experience forever.

Well i stood there many times before and it was good this time my room had no cold water plus you put on the shower it sounded like a motorcycle club loud banging from pipes ,informed front desk for some reason nobody came to look at it.i give it a 6 out of 10

This was a beautiful hotel and easy to walk to Quincy Market or the north end with great Italian restaurants. The room was nice, but we could not make the fan stay on, so noise from the hallway made sleeping a littke tricky.

It was within walking distance of my venue and so was the restaurant I chose

Parking at the hotel is the most horrible I have ever witnessed. Limited first come first serve and the parking attendents telling guests not to go across the street to the TD parking lot which would be the next best choice.

Great location. Clean and modern. Our room had a great view of the Garden and Bunker Hill Bridge.

These people treated us like royalty from the time we stepped on the property until the time we left. We will be staying here again when we visit Boston again.

Stayed here with teenagers while on a trip in Boston. Front desk was helpful every day! Parking was easy- valet. Mainly walkable to a lot of the city- used the subway to get to Fenway and a Lyft a few times just to save time (and energy). Room was clean; enjoyed our stay

Small room small bed with NO put away spaces. 2 people for 6 day.... very tight

Fine. Small rooms and they work you on parking. Should not charge that much when you are already paying a premium for the room. $63/night to park. Good location.

I liked how close it was to TD garden, hate that I had to pay for parking literally insane and unreasonable considering I’m spending 300 a night for a room to have to pay $64 to park is ridiculous

Hello, Our stay was horrible, staff was completely unprofessional and unresponsive to our needs. The room AC DID NOT WORK, it was sold to us knowing that the AC did not work. Once we checked in, we noticed the AC was at 80 degrees, called service and were told a fan can be brought up since the AC was not working. This showed us that it was the 1st time this had happened. One particular Staff was extremely dismissive and demanded the other Employee to give us a refund and “get us out of the lobby immediately” sine there were Police Activity in the Lobby. Also, in the lobby there was another Client & Concierge altercation and police were called which made our experience even worse and we immediately took our belongings & car and left. We ended up going to Westin Hotel nearby and they accommodated us. Overall really unpleasant experience and we wasted time and money, we require a full refund.

Mostly, very nice. Staff were excellent and shower was great. On the downside, the toilet ran and there was a popping noise in my room that I could not find the source of, both of which made sleep a little challenging. Everything else was good. Great location.
