I spent one night in Dresden. The hotel was very nicely located a short walk from the opera house.

Location is great, but we stayed a back end of the building (528, 529) with very poor or better not usable wifi and internet. That’s unacceptable. Furthermore, it’s advertised with gym access, but they didn’t have enough access cards. As well not fulfilling their promises. The rooms are very hot in the summertime as no AC available.

Modern design in such a historic place. Close to everything. No place to unload luggage and parking expensive. Front desk hours were limited but we knew that. Lots f shopping and places to eat nearby

This hotel perfectly understands the modern traveler. The rooms offer lots of space, great amenities (including a full kitchen and, if needed, easy sleeping for kids!), views, and lots of comfort. The hotel staff are probably the most pleasant we have ever encountered, the restaurant/bar has amazing views over the Zwinger, and all of the old town is easily walkable. We loved it here (much better than the big name 5star hotels in town) and will be back on our next visit to Dresden.

Negatives- uncomfortable hard mattresses, noisy, room temperature extremely warm even with it being freezing outside and temperature on thermostat turned to lowest position

This is a great place to stay, everything is around it and I mean everything. I enjoyed staying here, my only reason for a 4-star is it was a bit hot at night.

It was 33 Celsius (92F). Nobody mentioned until checkin that there was no A/C or fan. While booking the place there was no mention of the missing A/C. We hoped it would get cooler at night, but no. Opening the window made it worse. By 10pm we were drenched and booked another hotel with A/C where we spent the night. The least the hotel could have offered was a big fan.

Check in was easy, but not very flexible, overall good. TV didnt work and we are big football fans and booked this place because it was an apartment with cabel TV.
When my mother complained, first attempt was denied with "We cant to anything" and then I had to go and be though and stand my ground and we got a new room where it did work, so I (yes me) solved the problem. I would expect a little more service, thinking that this is 5 star facility.
Bagage storage works fine, rooms are nice and comfortable, beds are good, kitchen well equipped.

A really great hotel - both great location and great quality. The tax was a bit high but it was probably from the city council. All in all, it was a great experience in Felix.

Very nice place. Highly recommended, but not during hot summer. We didn’t realize that such a luxury place did not have AC and that pretty much ruined our stay due to +33 degrees outside. We could not sleep at night’s because of the heat. It was extremely hot and it can be dangerous for those with any health/heart conditions. I asked the stuff about providing us some air ventilator to circulate the air but she was sorry, they didn’t have any. Otherwise I would definitely come here during cooler time of the year.

Great location! The XL suite was large enough for our family of five, the little one sleeping on a cot like bed. Everything was available to us (for a price) and we did take advantage of the Nespresso machine first thing in the morning.
We parked at the Semperoper which is a bit of a walk but well worth it. Beds were super comfy, rooms were noiseless (other than our kids!) and we slept like babies!

This was a lovely hotel in the middle of the city. The room was well appointed and great for a family. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and a great little kitchen. Very friendly staff and lovely room top restaurant.

Great spot for families. Easy access to all of Dresden. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped with appliances in the apartment. We will definitely stay here again. The terrace bar was a good spot for an evening drink.

I was with my family from Korea including 2 kids and the hotel was great i guess they remodeled the rooms and it was nice and comfortable we were satisfied by the service, the location and the service. The breakfast was not that good but we enjoyed it a lot because the view from the restaurant was fantastic. We didn’t know dresden is such a beautiful city. Thanks ~~

This place is okay. It’s listed as 5 stars but I would say it’s a 3. Large apartments, and good location, but the staff were unfriendly, the check-in was confusing, the internet was atrocious, hard beds, the showers were weird. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money or the lack of comforts and WiFi access. Oh and they make it seem like the gym is free. It’s off premises and you have to pay daily to use it. Not cool

The location was excellent, and the staff quickly looked after the problem we faced in trying to understand the operation of the cook-top.

Trendy design, very good neighborhood, convenient, walkable to touristy areas and restaurants. Shopping mall a few steps away. The place looked clean but my kid found some hair on the sheet. Hope they put clean sheets on our beds. Towels given at first were far too small for shower. Then I asked the front desk to give us two big ones. Victoria at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly. We’re lucky to be able to find parking at the curb outside the apartment building. Overall, it’s a nice place. Wish there were washer and dryer in the unit.
