Wonderful place and a pleasure to stay

The property owners, who are also the hosts, take a great deal of pride in the home and the garden, and it shows. The breakfast includes a new homemade cake each day. Jacques and Benoit also offer valuable advise on itineraries and reservations with local restaurants. The location is ideal for all Avignon sites. You will not find a better place to stay in Avignon.

It is a magical place. Not only is are the rooms lovely, the garden is serene and beautiful. The hosts go out of their way to make your stay an amazing, unforgettable experience.

Everything was perfect. The owners have outdid themselves with the Renovation. The rooms are spacious. The beds and bedding are like sleeping in a cloud. The bathroom was the best. Fantastic walk in shower his and her sinks attention to detail was so obvious that they have very good taste Such lovely breakfast room with homemade baked goods along with the croissants from the local boulangerie and a beautiful spread to accompany Americans will truly appreciate the coffee. Ours was freshly roasted in large cups with hot milk served alongside freshly squeezed orange juice The owners suggested and made reservations for us for 2 of the best restaurants We have ever eaten out The prices are very reasonable and the food is to die for We loved our time in Avignon and having Le Cos Saluces to come home to was perfect

L O V E • L O V E • L O V E - this beautifully renovated old house with lovely garden courtyard in the center of Avignon! The owners are very cool and great attitude & personality and they pride themselves in taking care of everything for you... their attention to detail, their promptness & quick responses, their recommendations in town, etc. Breakfasts are simply wonderful and light. Would definitely stay again!

What an amazing place to stay. Great location, beautiful rooms, wonderful garden, friendly and helpful owners. It was a perfect stay, only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

The room was large and full of light. The breakfast was delicious and healthy.Jacques and Benoit were amazing hosts. We had our Happy hour in the lovely garden, a bottle of local rose, which Jacque and Benoit put on ice for us.

I'm challenged to find hotel rooms with both a large bed and air conditioning, this is a tall order in France. Le Clos Saluces had both! It is a beautiful property, well designed, very comfortable and quiet. It is well situated inside the old walls of Avignon, close to everything, the downtown square was a 5 minute walk. Now the most amazing part - every morning you are served a fabulous breakfast! We can't wait stay at Le Clos Saluces the next time we visit Avignon.

They poured their hearts into perfecting this city oasis and designed everything with thought and care. They knew Avignon and the surrounding cities intimately. They were able to make us dinner reservations, provided us detail on the best local shops and helped us choose local wineries to enjoy. Daily, Benoit and Jacques prepared fresh breakfast filled with, among other items, home made pastries, home made jams, yogurt and fresh squeezed juice. It was a lovely touch. The house and the courtyard are super clean, exquisitely maintained and decorated intimately. Our room boasted an extremely comfortable bed, a large bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower and plenty of windows to enjoy the aforementioned courtyard. Before our arrival, they were kind enough to advise us to park at a nearby garage. We didn't know the lay of the land and it was helpful to receive that email or else our big rental car wouldn't have fit down Avignon's narrow streets. Le Clos Saluces is a magnificent place run by two of the most helpful hosts. We recommend booking ASAP, and when we are in Avignon, we will surely return!
