The room was very nice. The personnel was very nice. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean room with all extras included.

Only the location was noisy because of the location in the center.

Great location. Nice yard good for kids. Sparkly clean. We asked for an extra key for the room and we got one.

Honestly we have been in Nea Peramos around 15 times and we always booked lofts for a similar amount of money. This time (may be it is our fault that we misunderstood) it turned out that we have the right to use only one of the floors of the loft. The loft was divided into two small apartments (not shown on the pictures). And this wouldn't have been a problem if we didn't have a baby. It was terribly noisy all day and night. You could hear chairs scratching the floor from the 3 other apartments. We had to sleep with the hair dryer on in order to ignore all sounds from above. So for a couple i would recommend this place, but for people with a baby who needs to sleep 3-4 times a day, it is not a good idea. The only reason i booked this place is because i thought we would have a separate bedroom for the baby and no other guests on top of us. We have to go outside while he was sleeping, so that we would not wake him up. Bad wifi connection as well.

The apartment is modern, well equipped, and very clean. The rooms are larger than I expected. The location is great, the city center and the beach are very close. The sound isolation from the street is also very good. The breakfast was good enough.

Drinks are not served automaticly on breakfast, you have to ask the waiter. I suggest to put water ballons, and juice jugs somewhere, so the guest can drink without asking.

Everything was great! The owners are extremely hospitable, the room was comfortable and quiet. There is a very nice garden area. The breakfast, which is served in the Café on the next street is delicious and very very well presented. Absolutely no complaints, only recommendations!

Everything was perfect!

The place is awesome. It is luxury. The room is big, the bed is big and comfort. There is everything you would need in the room, even safe lock box. The balcony is with privacy and it is big. Everything in the room is new. Everyday the room was cleaned and the towels were replaced with clean ones. The breakfast had everything - bakery, eggs all type, fruits, vegetables, etc. The cakes are famous and homemade! You should buy. They make them in the Edem Cafe and they are awesome, you can't stop eating. The hosts are very nice and helpful people(thanks to them for the attitude). The location is at the center. There is pharmacy near to the apartment as well as the best places to eat. I totally recommend this place.

At first I didn't like that there isn't a private parking place, but actually I didn't have any troubles finding free park place on the street in front the building, so the parking didn't become an issue for me.

The host was very pleasant, always smiling and helpful. The rooms are modern. The location was good. We'd recommend.

The WIFI was poor. Our room was on the street side so a bit noisy, but not all rooms are like that.

Amazing place- very nice rooms, big balconies, cozy garden to relax in. Cleanliness was on a very high level! Additional great work for the maids! The owner Yota was an amazing host- she was very helpful and offered great service - a true professional! Our son ( 2 y.o. loved the kids space at the restaurant and had so much fun) A great unexpected surprise- vegan pizza and vegan breakfast options :) We recommend the place to all our friends :)

It is an amazing place to stay. It's clean, the apartament is big enough, all you need is provided in the mini kitchen area. The garden is so cute as well. Those were one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. It's close to everything and the breakfast is amazing.
