The room was dated but comfortable in keeping with a 3 star motel.

Good value for the location. It is basic with painted brick walls and is a little dated. We couldn’t get the outside light to work so was very dark to get to the car down the slope. Inside the kettle was black so would suggest replacing. It was clean and bed was comfortable. providing cereal and milk was a nice touch.

Staff were very friendly, great location, it’s not a 5 star motel but for the price you pay it’s very tidy & clean, the location is perfect, the staff friendly & helpful. I’ll be staying here again for a quick getaway.

No onsite reception so you call up for access code to room. My call was answered promptly.

We stayed in the large family room which catered for a family of 5 with a King bed, 3 singles, table and chairs and a lounge with a fireplace. The bathroom was huge and there was a well equipped kitchenette. Very comfortable stay and thanks for the chocolates - just a lovely gesture.

The room was damp and smelt so bad we couldn't stay, we ended up leaving early and did not stay the night as it was making us feel ill. There was minimal contact with staff over the phone.
A very disappointing visit. Cutting our stay at mt tamborine and missing out on things booked for the following day.

Our stay was lovely. The room was nice and clean. The only improvement I could see was if there was an inside door bolt for extra security that would be great.

Room stank of mildew and damp had a damp rid container in room but hadn’t helped. Great location but and friendly staff but other than that not great.

The place was convenient for our needs but the room was dated and smelt.of mould and bleach. I became sick from breathing this in al night. The water is dependant on all other rooms so when the neighbours turned on the tap I got straight hot water in the shower and burnt my back. Not to mention that the next room were drunk and arguing till after midnight but this is not the facilities fault.. Sadly not a very nice stay.

The accommodation was in a great area.. short driving distance to most stuff. Lovely staff - friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Trip was for a family wedding. Motel was very convenient and was a very pleasant stay. Breakfast included was unexpected but very much appreciated. Lovely location amongst the trees and gardens. Managers were friendly and very helpful. Would stay again if we visited Mt Tamborine again.

Lovely receptionist, rooms smell a little mouldy, as an asthmatic not good, convenient, not very good lighting in main room, a light over mirror in the bathroom would've good for hair and makeup. Needed an extra pillow found in wardrobe but had a mouldy odour.

Tall trees is an excellent motel especially for the price. Check in was easy, the room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Forest Cafe is a short walk down the road and has lovely breakfasts. Also lovely gardens to sit in and eat.

Stayed here for my birthday with my daughters. Clean room,nice hot massaging shower, comfy beds, brekkie cereals, chocolate on bed when we arrived and free avocados at reception! Nice!! It was close to everything and relaxing. We asked for extra pillows and got them. Thanks Tall trees!

Very nice place to stay, amongst the rain forest. Pretty place, friendly staff.

It is very dated and overpriced for what you get. Situation next to the main road so it’s very noisy. Can say with confidence that I won’t be booking there again
