This is a wonderful place. Laura, the manager, went above and beyond customer service. We arrived late, she picked us up at the train station, upgraded our room and gave us a ride to a cafe. Love the room and hotel. We will be back.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, with friendly owners.

Apt. 8 was so nice, with hardwood floors and rugs. There were no offensive odors. Bathroom was clean. It could have used a dusting in the living area, but we weren't concerned about that. Laura met us to show us our apartment and gave us a key. She was so helpful and friendly. This was a terrific experience. We could walk to restaurants and shops and some of the wineries. Coffee shops were nearby or we could have coffee from the kitchen area - along with snacks and breakfast items that came with the cost of the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Great unit! All the comforts of home including a very comfortable bed! Loved the location, walked to everything. Felt very safe. Warm and cozy.

It was a very clean room, nice new mattress, very good location and as expensive as London, Paris and Rome.

The location is perfect, rooms are like small apartments and utterly immaculate. Hosts are a delightful couple with friendly “Buster” greeting you as you enter. We will certainly stay here again.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for a weekend in Hermann! With a full kitchen it would be easy to stay there longer. It’s location was perfect.

My husband and I hadn't been to Hermann since 2019, so we were excited to visit again. We are in our late 50's so we enjoy and appreciate being able stay during the week when we can shop, eat, explore, and relax without the usual partying visitors who sfay during the weekends fir Octoberfest excesses. 🍻😵 We normally stay at a local Bed and Breakfast, but we needed the flexibility to be able to cancel our trip if something came up unexpectedly, so we decided to try a hotel with free cancelation. We were the only guests in ths hotel. It is a quiet hotel just one block frkm Main Street so if was extremely convenient to navigate around town. The owners met us and checked us jn quickly. The tv coaxial was out in our reserved room, so we were gjvwn several other rooms to choose from. All of the "rooms" were actually small, fully furnished apartments complete with a full dine-jnkitchen, tv living room, sitting area/queen bedroom, and full private bathroom. The rooms were comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. There is an elevator and laundry room on the1st floor. Kitchens are stocked with milk, juice, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fruit cups, popcorn, and coffee. Beware that the room does shake slightly when the train pulls into town off Main Street. Well worth the $120 a night. We will definitely stay here again!

We booked at the last minute and not many choices were available. Place was conveniently located and clean. Functional kitchen, hot showers and everything provided for basics. Most disappointing was lack of Wi-Fi. They gave us a range extender but it didn’t help. Advertised breakfast, but a half gallon of milk and a few selected boxes of high sugar kids cereal, and some highly processed donuts with long shelf life hardly qualify. We were not looking for many on site amenities as we came to Herman for Octoberfest celebration and biking the Katy trail. Haven’t seen a tube type tv in a long time and the one flat screen wasn’t much bigger than my laptop. Some maintenance is needed.

Great location and friendly hosts

My wife and I stayed at Hermann House mid-Sept of '22. The staff was beyond courteous, they were genuinely kind. The room was clean and comfortable and close to everything downtown. We can't imagine having a more enjoyable visit. We will stay here again when we return to Hermann.

Chris and Laura are so super welcoming and friendly. The towels were so fresh and always smelled good. The bed was so amazing as well.

Chris and Laura were very kind and helpful. They let us use their tool shop to repair our bike and use their washer and dryer. We hope to stay there again.

Perfect location and walkable to everything. The rooms were very clean and large. Snacks and convenience breakfast foods in rooms. Very nice innkeepers. Good value. We will definitely stay there again.

These rooms are suites. Since there were just 2 of us, we had the 1-bedroom suite. Lovely old world decor with updated kitchen and bathroom. The place was lovely. We will go back in October.
