A strange hotel, it seemed to be a swimming pool, gym and health centre with a hotel tacked on the side as an after thought. Our room was spacious but the air con was a bit hit and miss. We had a lovely large balcony but no furniture on it so it wasn’t useable. The room had so much glazing to keep the temperature down the curtains had to be kept closed. Whilst a good location it was prone to a bit of noise late at night. Naples itself is full of graffiti and litter and the area around the hotel was no different. Breakfast was really poor - one cup of coffee free any extra had to be paid for, food selection wasn’t good either. The guy serving coffee in the morning was friendly but one of the receptionists was very rude and didn’t really want to help us when the air con stopped working. The other receptionists seemed friendly enough. Gym was good. Would probably look to stay elsewhere if returning to Naples but only because it was a bit soulless.

Excellent location within walking distances to all the sights, shops, great eateries etc. Clean spacious rooms served us well.

Nice hotel and in the middle of the centre. The breakfast was OK. Personal were very helpful and friendly.

Easy to check in and out, nice simple breakfast. Sat nav didn't want to take us to the hotel!

This is a wonderful hotel for people who like to keep to their exercise regimes. It has an excellent lap pool and gym. The only defect in an otherwise delightful room was that the heavy shower-head flew off upon first use, clattering on the floor. I am lucky it did not hit me on the head.

Stay was wonderful. Really an athletic club with rooms to rent. It was nice to be close to workout rooms, equipment, and pool. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Realize the staff and front door has athletic club hours instead of hotel. They did have a guard around after hours (starting around 2100) to open the door.

The hotel is good, clean and with a full size short length pool (25m) which we liked, although we had restrictions on the times we could use it, Which were NOT advertised on the site. The downstairs shower leaked so badly at the faucet that it was useless, although this was reported it was NOT fixed. The kitchen was non-functional. Although there was fully functional induction hob, there was no pans we could use. We could not even boil water to make tea or coffee as there was NO kettle provided either. Equally there were NO plates of any kind provided, although there were 4 glasses, 4 cups and cutlery to match. So it was only good for eating a take-away meal on paper plates and drinking water. Other than that the staff were really very helpful, even though relatively few of them, one or two, spoke anything other than Italian.

The room is pretty great it’s big and has 2 floors , the only downside is that the stairs to the second floor are pretty “high” and might be bit dangerous, we stayed with a baby and got a baby crib also, the hotel has convenient parking as well

Lovely hotel - right in the heart of the historic centre. Swimming pool is really nice and big and our children enjoyed it very much.

Stay was great, the property has an interesting setup with large rooms, and a large pool. Perfect location in the heart of Naples (and a short walk to a lot of great pizza).

we had a very spacious maisonette which was great. Everything brand new. The 25m pool in the middle of Naples is fabulous. (no playing around pool for children). Fitness very big and professional. Breakfast could be a bit more divers.

The place is new, service and respond are good. Breakfast limited but tasty and Chiro very helpful and always make sure our breakfast is enough and warm. Room is big enough for our family of 5. Place is central and easy to find taxi or hop on bus. There’s an Olympic pool and gym available
