Great apartments. Great location. Close to the main strip in new town lavante. 5 min walk down to the centre of lavente beach. 15 mins walk over to the old town. Consum supermarket 3 min around the corner. Stayed many times as it's close enough to the old town without being in the old town. Bathroom, kitchen, balcony and ac are very good and more than adequate. I have stayed here more than 5 times over the years and will probably continue to go back here if prices are right.

If you are looking for apartments with room string air conditioning access to secure parking and a pool and within walking distance to benidorm main nightlife its perfect. Basic but well appointed apartments. Was some noise on last night and we had to change our own sheets first day as we discovered stains that had been washed in but beyond that couldnt fault it. Staff were polite. It is reasonably priced. Air con works!

Apartment was spacious amd clean. There was a bottle of wine on arrival. It had a 2 ring small hob. Microwave and fridge. Location was great. 5 min walk to strip but still quiet.

Although the apartments are a bit difficult to find by satnav, when you do find them it is well worth the extra effort. Very stylish and clean and fully equipped. Check in was quick and easy. They were great value for money.

Apartment was basic but very clean and tidy, the staff were excellent and the location was very convenient. However I can imagine when busier it is a challenge to use the washer and drier. However we would recommend to anyone and will stay again.

Stayed here over Christmas and staff were kind enough to move us to a room on a high floor which had previously requested. They also spoke to some men who were playing loud music at 4.00am in the apartment below ours, and this never occurred again during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments as they are in a great location with a spacious balcony

Just back from the fabulous Fiesta week. These apartments couldn't be in a better position to walk to the most popular bars, beach and restaurants. Our apartment was very clean had everything we needed and a huge sunny balcony to boot. When we come back without a doubt we'll stay here again, an absolute gem of a place

Great location, clean and tidy. Nice large balcony and room was a decent size. Good location to bars and all nightlife. Reception was just up a path but no issues and was well lit at night. Pool area was clean and tidy and was a decent size for a quick dip. Would definitely use these apartments again.

Second stay here and was welcomed with open arms by friendly staff. It is a clean property with a fab swimming pool and a bar. Very reasonably priced food that we ordered for lunch a couple of times. Plenty of sun beds at all time as it wasn’t that busy when we stayed. Overall a really smart and modern looking property which suited us as a couple travelling without young children
There isn’t daily housekeeping but that suited us as we are late risers so didn’t feel the need. Towels were changed twice during our week stay but I’m sure if we needed a change before then we could have just asked. Bed got changed once and a quick clean was done.
Close to everything but yet not so close that we could hear any noise from the main strip.
A late check out was organised swiftly by receptionist for €35 euro which made our last day so relaxed as we had a late flight home. Well worth that money for keeping the room. We will return again

My first trip to benidorm.lived thes apartments.very central.away from all the bars but less than 5minute walk to the strip.apartments right next to the outdoor market thats on wed and sun.pool bar for food and drinks was brilliant and staff lovely.looking forward to returning next year.

Top class hotel, very modern and clean. Slap in the center of benidorm but far enough so you cannot hear the strip. Would recommend 5*... Lifts do take forever though!
