Apartment room was quite dirty and needs updating - carpet had heavy staining throughout. It’s safe to say also that it is laughable that they do not provide clean towels to guests without charge. The air-con/ceiling area of our room made a terribly loud buzzing/drilling noise every 1-3 minutes, which made sleeping quite difficult. We informed the reception staff and manager of this issue and were initially told they would look into finding another room for us. We subsequently packed our stuff and when we informed them we had packed, they told us there were no rooms for the rest of our stay but that they would look at sorting the issue with maintenance. We approached them later and were told that maintenance said it was noises from ‘aspiration’ and the receptionist told us there was nothing she could do. It seemed like a ‘tough luck’ sort of response with little sympathy given. No compensation was offered to us even though they acknowledged that there was an audible, continuous noise in the room. The shower also had a loose part which cause this to drip all night. The aircon turns off after a while meaning you have to get up in the night to turn this back on. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The elevator broke and we were on the 5th floor so we had to walk 5 flights of stairs everyday and then carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The tile in the bathroom was also broken.

Very very disappointed by this property. Elevator was not working and The website doesn’t say while booking that even basic amenities like clean towels are charged. Not a well maintained property. Staff is very disinterested in making sure that the guests are comfortable. Expedia should have reviewed this property more thoroughly before promoting it. Only plus point is the location. Which was the only saving grace. Have stated in many many Apart Hotels all over the world. But this one is the worst one ever. The room had a stink throughout. Please don’t mislead people when they book through Expedia.

The Nemea apart hotel is in an excellent location for central Cannes, the Croisette and for shops, bars, and restaurants. The facilities are good and the check in is efficient and friendly. The rooms have good facilities, comfortable beds, and good showers. It’s great to have a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher etc. too. The rooms do need some attention in terms of carpet cleaning/vacuuming, sofa had stains on it. which should have been cleaned prior to arrival, as did the mattress, and our fridge door wouldn’t close properly and just needed general maintenance to keep the facilities in good condition for guests. Overall, a good, secure, and well equipped apart-hotel, with good facilities, and is good value for money.

Very central & enough space for a couple. Didn’t clean the room in the week we were there. Would stay again due to location.

Stay away from this «4 star» hotel, poor at all respects: standard, service, convenience.

Location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. Cleaning is not included in the service if you stay shorter than a week, unless you pay extra. Breakfast is expensive in the hotel but there are nice boulangeries in the neighborhood.

Great location

The hotel is in a great location! Certain members of staff are very unwelcoming, and despite paying for a room with tea/coffee service, we were instead told that this wasn't provided and that we should "buy a kettle at a local shop". You are also only provided with one towel per guest and have to pay extra if you wanted a clean towel.

Property was in a great location, walkable to local shops, restaurants and beaches. Our room was in need of some maintenance as the sink in the bathroom did not drain and the bathroom fan did not work. Air conditioner stopped working for a couple days. Without these maintenance issues, a four star overall.

Staff just could have been more helpful and the amenities need updating. I’m not even going to mention the gym. The only thing it has working for it is how close to the central shopping street and beach it is, it’s a short walk for those who enjoy walking. It’s also beneficial that you can cook for the long stayers.

Good price, clean and big rooms. Very practical with kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff, very near central station of Cannes and just 10 min walk to the city. We didn’t get time to go to the pool, they had one and a gym as well easy to access on your stay. Would definitely recommend!

Super difficult check in The key wasn’t ready on arrival We arrived late and it took us one h to get the apartment But in general apartment is new and clean 2 bathroom Second bedroom is super small

Online and in hotel they advertise Wifi, one of main criteria when we booked - No wifi throughout our stay and it seems the problem had been going on for a while before we arrived. If we had been warned when we booked (booked the same day we arrived) or on check-in we would not have stayed. We were told technician coming next day and then some staff kept sayng speak to the manager, manager was not available until our last day. This caused us a lot of inconvenience, I wish we had moved on day 1.

Modern and comfortable spacious room with galley kitchen hidden behind folding doors. Spacious and stylish ensuite. This is a great option for Cannes as its nice and quiet to relax from the hustle in but a short walk to the station and main shopping streets. The Large bed , great linen and good A/C really helped. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery , frdge,dishwasher sink induction hob ,kettle. The hotel offered breakfast but we didnt make use of it as we used the kitchen and there was a bakery a few shops away. There was also an indoor pool and spa. Staff were pleasant and friendly so all in all a great choice.

We paid on Hotels.com for the night and we’re charged at the property. Still working to get this fixed. Beware!

Big room, has everything you need

Surprised that the one needs to pay extra for the rooms to be cleaned, but aside from that it was a great place to stay. Jennifer (at the front desk) went above & beyond to make my stay go smoothly. Super grateful. (The rest of the younger staff are still a little rough around the edges, but at least their friendliness makes up for it).

Though the hotel was on the other side of the station from the sea front it was a good place to stay if you don't mind walking - ten minutes to the sea front. My room was very comfortable, though as it was an Aparthotel it was not serviced during my six day stay, which I did not mind. The staff were friendly and it was very clean. Good value for money.
