Carpets a bit dirty - need a wash. Shower hot water cut off very quickly to cold before I had finished washing my hair ( I don’t take long either) . This could have been something wrong with the system or a ‘timed ‘ supply but no notice of this if in place. It was quite a shock on a very cold morning .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent! Recommend eating there. Rooms were clean and good value for the price.

The customer service was exceptional. The evening meal in the dining room delicious. Thought the facilities are from earlier days all was in good condition and very comfortable.

Clean, great bedding. Only downfall is I’ve stayed in 2 different rooms at this motel and the hot water is ultra sensitive. Smallest move of the tap and it goes from extremes of cold to ultra hot

Service was exceptional; friendliness outstanding; food magnificent. Best food I’ve experienced for a long time. We ate at dining room every night rather than risk being disappointed elsewhere. Lovely staff. We’ll be back.

Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on the nights we were there. The restaurant was what attracted us to the motel.
Also suggest you look at installing some electric vehicle chargers. Otherwise you will fall behind the market.

The owner was so friendly and helpful. Room large and comfy. Cleaning service efficient. Water complimentary was great. Dinner at the manor was delicious and good service.
Updated furniture would bring the ratings up more and better wifi connection could also be better. Overall loved our stay and would be back.

Very nice place to stay in Armidale. There are alot of old, not well looked after motels and hotels in Armidale and this is not one of them! It is very clean, comfortable and quiet, we couldn't have asked for more.

A good bolt-hole against the winter weather. Not too far from the town centre. Lots of character. Good security and ventilation. Don't choose Monday if you want to eat at the restaurant attached.
