Pro: Very close to train station and restaurants.
Cons: Rooms were not available at check-in time of 3pm. We waited a little more than an hour to get the keys. Our floor was not very clean (there were a pair of false lashes on the floor right outside of our door) and there was mold in the toilet and shower.

Hotel was great but shower had low pressure and ac didn’t work properly.

We just stayed for proximity to the train station which is just outside. The huge window view of Paris was the most notable thing about the room.

Menu really healthy, varied but not on a daily basis-same every meal. Breakfast (Brunch) expensive especially for a light eater but it was always fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just two blocks to Gare de Lyon, if that. Confirm your view from the room if you want to see anything besides the rooftops of the hotel. Beds comfortable.

Our room was on the 9th floor so our view of the city was spectacular! It was clean and floor was quiet. Subway was Gare de Nord was right across the street. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very straight forward Courtyard style hotel with very professional staff, tidy rooms, and an exceptional view of Gare de Lyon and Montmartre from the top floors. Hotel is near everything you could possible need. Recommended for the nervous traveler or for a first time visit to Paris.

Very well located near the Gare de Lyon train station and RER A train line (direct to and from Disney Land Paris) and the batobus (boat public transport).
Room was clean and staff was nice.
However, family room is quite small for 4 with 2 beds in a small room and just a small table with only 1 chair. A bit expansive for such a small space.
Breakfast was good and free for the small kids.

I enjoyed our week in Paris. This place worked out great. I got the lay of the land. Nice run on the seine and Jardin sides planted. It’s not for everyone but worked for us.

Caroet had stains and house cleaning barely cleaned the bathrooms. The libby was non existent and tge staff was the most unfriendly and unhelpful at any location, I have ever stayed at.

One night in Paris en route to Disneyland. Conveniently located for Gare de Lyon, some good restaurants nearby, easy to get into Paris too. The reception team were very helpful and the room was a good size, modern and clean.

Great location and helpful staff. The only thing I didn’t like is the semitransparent bathroom wall that lighted the bedroom when the bathroom light was turned on.

We have visited this hotel twice, once in the summer of 2022 and most recently in January 2024. We thoroughly enjoyed our stays as they always provide us with a delightful view. The rooms are spacious, perfect for our family. The location is very convenient! This hotel will be our go-to every time we visit Paris.

Customer service was awesome and they went above and beyond for us Idir was amazing he went above for our son birthday and gave us some good advise on fun spot for him. Breakfast was fresh and nice

Room was very small couldn’t move around having 4 individuals staying and open sofa bed it was hard to move around, bathroom was fine but toilet seat it's built right next to the wall only 4” separated. Being 6’ tall and 250 lbs hard to use it poorly thought and designed. Staff was friendly.

Amazing hotel, few steps from Gare de Lyon and some nice restaurants and boulangeries. Around 300 meters for a Change with fair transaction exchange rate and service fee.

Had a great stay - was very convenient to access major landmarks and museums. Lot of dining options close by too. The "batobus" boat ride is a 5 min walk from the hotel, and one can travel to all the major landmarks using that service.

Clean and well located in Paris. Easy walk to transit. The concierge team is great. Thank you for helping us find pediatric care for our baby who briefly became ill on our vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Gare De Lyon. The receptionist was very accommodating and let us do an early checkin. We were able to rest after a long flight. We were very apprehensive after hearing about the bedbugs in Paris all over the news. Marriott assured us they were not impacted. We had a great stay close to public transportation, metro, bus and taxis!

He upgraded me and I had a great night
