The stay was great! The location was convenient and the service was also great!

My room was comfortable for the most part but there were some small issues. The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling with the wires just hanging down, the bathroom sink's tap was loose and moved when turning the water on and off, and the toilet didn't flush well.

It was dirty and the room smelled like wet dog. There was a dead cockroach in the dining area. The hallways and elevator were very dirty.

Always where I stay when I'm in town.. Small issue.. brought it to the front desk attention and they made it right quickly.. Everyone is always so nice and they dont price gouge.

Thanks it was a great stay. It was a lady that went out of her way to give us needed towel and she was not our person who was there this week. She was a black lady that had short hair and was in the laundry room.

The air conditioner in room 410 wasn’t working properly, but it was bearable. Other than that the hotel was great

Filthy bathroom. It was not cleaned. Old soap left in the shower. Hairball in the garbage can, dirt on the floor.

I was greeted by an awesome staff as soon as I entered. I was provided with a room on the third floor. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the room was hot. I went back down to tell the receptionist, she quickly gave me another room. The second room was just the same although the thermostat was set at 68 degrees. I just decided to leave.

Likes: The room smelled clean. Linens were clean. Bathroom was clean.
Dislikes: people had placed their trash from their rooms and dirty linens in the hallway. Every metal surface in my room was rusted. Curtain would not close. No bathmat in bathroom. No hot water. The pillows were just uncomfortable. The exit door on our end of the building could not be used because it is a fire exit only leading to an abandoned Waffle House right next to the hotel which is a creepy eyesore. I did not address my complaints during my stay because I was there for 8-10 hours to just sleep. This place is not horrible, but could do a little better.

Had two incident were the maintenance man tired to enter the room while i was in there and didnt present himself and then housekeeping did the same thing!!Good thing i had the latch cross the door!!! Thats what you get when you pay $350 at a motel

Please considervhaving someone check on the dog area. No bags in the container. Although it is the responsibility of the owner, there was a great deal of dog poop in the area.

We had a couple issues. Floor flooded because shower drain was stopped up and there was yelling going on outside our room but they gave us another room.

Property was decent eveything as it was advertised, besides not having a remote to begin with alreasy in my room, all was well. 3rd floor is hot spoke with so.e regulars who said its always hot as hell, so that needs to be fixed.

They need to take down the picture showing a brand new hotel, because it is not brand new. The hotel wasn't horrible just needs a deep cleaning.

I liked how clean the property was and how convenient shopping is. The only thing I did not like was how noisy the AC unit was. I didn't get a good night's sleep from that.
