PRO full-size fridge, kitchenette with cooktop, coffee maker, full-size sink, and large microwave. PRO recliner chair and a very comfortable bed. Walkable to Walmart and a Burger King and maybe other fast food. PRO The air conditioning worked well on the 102° day, but CON: the air conditioning was extremely loud, very mechanical, banging all night long. Had to use earplugs, and prayed to fall asleep and finally did. CON Long black hair in the clean sink and extremely slow draining tub. Took about 3 to 4 minutes for it to drain when I was done with my shower. Body wash container was empty. One washcloth had a make up stain on it. The other washcloth had a grease stain on it. I don’t wear makeup and my hair is gray and short. PRO nice soft towels and plenty of them. CON Coffee available, but only breakfast to purchase and then cook in the microwave in your room. PRO easy access to laundry facilities for those that stay here for long periods of time.

These guys were awesome. We were not able to check in until almost 2am because of our traveling, but the person at the front desk was still so kind! 5 stars all around! Only person that deserves a 1 star would be the room that might have been next to us at the end of the hall; the volume of tv and bass of the tv was beyond loud, you could hear the bass reverberate back. We were still able to fall asleep but that’s my only negative comment is on that one person.

Safe, quiet, convenient, easy parking

Newer hotel but very cheaply put together. The walls seem paper thin. The rooms next to me had their TV on and I could hear every word from both TVs from my room. Their TVs weren't on a crazy high volume, it was a reasonable level the walls are that thin. The showerhead sprays all over. The beds are ok, not great. A couple of moths somehow got into my room and were flying around when I got up in the morning. The curtains let in a ton of light, the room was bright at 5:30AM. I don't expect a 5 star hotel for this price, but this was like a Motel 8 made on a dollar store budget.

Really nice and perfectly placed!

Very clean and welcoming and overall very happy our stay - my only constructive feedback is that it would be nice to have at least a small selection of dishes provided, or available to be borrowed. Would definitely stay here again though!

Good value and friendly team

I love love coming here! The staff remembers me every time. If I found a problem, I have no doubt that they will take care of it. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of while you’re there!

Had to update my key in the morning, and the woman who helped at the front desk was not very friendly. Other than that it was great. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay.

Smells bad inside the room.

Hotel was nice. Full fridge and kitchenette and table with two chairs. Stayed one night and didn’t try breakfast in bed. Fair price and I slept good. Not fancy but definitely not bad at all. I’d stay here again. Body wash dispenser was empty which was probably the only inconvenience.

The first room I walked into had hair all over the white comforter. Second room had hair on the shower walls but I didn’t even feel like complaining at that point because she said they had no rooms left.

Room was very noisy from neighbor rooms. Ice make was broken.

It was close to Yakima Dome where I was attending State High School basketball tournament. The area around hotel felt extremely safe. Our room was clean, roomy and quiet. The water pressure from shower was like a fire hose and I love that. The only negative of my entire stay was the shower drain and sink drain were very slow to empty. My visit was 4 stars overall ... I will return and would recommend your facility to anyone. John Olson

The first room we had smelt like animal urine and when we reported to the front desk gave us carpet spray. When we reported again the next morning they commented oh wow we have shampooed that three times.

Pros - It was quiet and easy to get in & out. I am being very generous when giving a 2 star. The hotel has about 3 people in total for staff. We stayed for 2 nights and nobody showed up to clean our room. Sheets & bed were just made, thats it, not cleaned or washed. When i looked down to pick up the remote from the floor, there were pringle cans and chips all over under the bed. The card key is a single use version, although the staff said it isn't suppose to do that. I had to get the card rekeyed about 7 times during the 2 day stay. I will never recommend this place .

Very friendly & helpful staff. Felt safer seeing all of the security cameras mounted throughout the bldg & ability to see the camera screens viewable at front desk. Not a great neighborhood, which I wasn't aware of until after getting to town; however the hotel / staff can't control that. It's clear all efforts are being made to keep the space safe for patrons & that ownership clearly cares.

Great staff and property is well-maintained. Bring absolutely everything you need for the kitchen other than the stove and sink.

I got updated to a bigger suite with sample kitchen. The place totally exceeded my expectations. Five star!

My comforter had a big black staion it and the tv remote was no where to be found had to make multiple triup and down from the 2nd floor to get a tv remote that works

It was just a one-night stay, but we enjoyed almost all of what the hotel offers. We had an accessible room, which was very nice. But, the beds were both too low to the ground and uncomfortable. We needed the accessible bathroom, which was great, but a comfortable bed at a normal height would have been appreciated.
