Nice and clean hotel. The room is a bit larger than the average standard Japanese hotel rooms which is great. Staff was very kind and allowed me to check in early. Room had a view of the river. It's about a 13 minute walk from Hiroshima station. Very close to a Familymart. Close enough to public transport to take you around the city.

A reasonable hotel about a 10 minute walk from the station, and a bit far away from any decent food options. The hotel itself does not cater well for food. Don't even bother with the breakfast option, as it's very mediocre and they have no flexibility whatsoever if you have a trip booked early. Breakfast only starts from 7am.

This hotel is about 15 minute walk to the train station. Very clean hotel. We took The hop on hop off bus to see the garden, museum and the memorial area that start at the train station. Staff are all so wonderful and helpful.

Nice stay, clean property, convenient location, but seemed somewhat dated compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at recently in Japan. The breakfast is also one of the more expensive ones for what you get.

Very good hotel with nice rooms. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The location of the hotel is central and by the river. We loved ou stay there.

Great location to explore Hiroshima and close enough to access the train and bus station by foot

Hiroshima was unique!

Outdated entertainment system, no way to stream own content. No way to sign on and play Netflix or YouTube as other hotels. Video on demand system expensive and lacking.

This is a nice hotel! We had a lovely view of the river too! The staff is very professional and efficient! They kindly called a restaurant and made reservations for us! The air conditioning, wifi, and shower all worked very well. Moreover, we had a great night's sleep because it was so quiet. What would have made the room 5 stars (for us) would have been having a mini fridge and kettle in the room. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel!

Clean, great service

This is a great hotel located near the train station. Double room is well appointed with a view of the riverside. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and friendly staff. Breakfast offers a variety of items for different tastes. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent room, clean and with all the comforts. Pretty big compare to other hotels rooms in Japan.

All fine, walking distance to station and several sights. Beds comfortable, bit harder than softer. Unfavorably not possible to open room windows. Nice river view.

Lovely clean hotel room, customer service was top notch with attention to detail. English speaking receptionists. we had a room overlooking the river which I would recommend as it was pretty at night.

It's not a partularly good location for a tourist. Long walk from the station and also the main tourist areas. Rooms are OK, but on the small side. Staff OK. I wouldn't stay again if I was doing Hiroshima tourism

Lovely hotel room, short walk from the station and some attractions. A slightly father walk (~8 min) to get to the main street-cars and buses. Only minor complaint was some of the food items in the breakfast buffet could have been a bit hotter, but the food quality itself was good.

It’s ok for what it is

Nice property, central location. Other hotels I have stayed at in Japan had coffee all day as well as an onsen. A non-This one did not. And the breakfast did not have a lot of decent choices for Westerners. Well, it did have scrambled eggs. They were very runny and in inedible.

Room was spacious. Staffs were super attentive. Beautiful view.

I would give a 5-star review, but the breakfast was limited for vegetarian eaters. Nearly everything, except bread and salad had meat/fish products in them.

Great Hotel, nice location, good breakfast.

Property was ideally located, short walk (10 mins) from station. Walk into town and to the Peace Park was 20 minutes which was also ideal. Hotel room was a lot smaller than anticipated, not much room for myself and two suitcases. Complimentary water was appreciated. Check in was very easy and in English. Bath was slightly too small for myself (6ft 1) but shower was very nice. Bed was comfortable and western pillows were very good and appreciated. Blackout blinds were phenomenal. Small areas of bathroom were slightly dirty, not a lot but slightly. Overall a fine short stay for Hiroshima.
