Our start was incredible. The service was excellent and the facilities were very clean and luxurious. The massages and spa were very affordable and I especially appreciated Amy the lead spa specialist. I had multiple foot massages and reflexology. I took my 3 month baby with me, and the massage specialists Amy and Jully took special care to ensure my baby stayed asleep, including providing heat packs and pillows for him while I held him. I would absolutely return to this hotel and spa!
The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were very supportive of our young family. Afternoon tea was also great.
All in all, a fantastic hotel getaway! Thank you Vias!

This hotel was really stunning, with both our room and the rooftop pool looking on to the ocean. The staff were super helpful and nice.
It’s worth noting the hotel is about a 10 minute taxi from the main area of restaurants (which is about $5). It didn’t bother us but def not a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Overall a very positive experience. However, the statements `Total maximum number of guests per room/unit is 4. Maximum number of adults per room/unit is 3.' should be removed. There are two single beds in this room, how can it house 3 adults or 4 guests?

This hotel is better than other big worldwide chains as the management pays attention to all the details to make sure the place is in great condition:
1. The gym is very well maintained with all kinds of high end new machines. Gym staff is very helpful and friendly.
2. All supplies at the hotel such as soap, shampoos, body lotion are free of toxic chemicals e.g paraben etc. Everyday guests are provided with water in glass bottles
3. Breakfast is excellent with variety of dishes including gluten free bread. Coffee are super.
4. rooftop pool and bar are magnificent with beautiful ocean view.
5. Rooms are well designed with classy furnitures.

I thought the property was nice, but very few staff spoke English which made it difficult for me to communicate. Thanh Truc in the main restaurant spoke the most English of anybody there and she was very good as a waitress as well, so she deserves credit for that…

Beautiful new modern hotel in nice location in Vung Tau. Outstanding view of the Sea from our room. Breakfast buffet with large variety and good quality food. Very attentive and helpful staff. The drinks and snacks were greatly appreciated at checkin after our longer than expected trip from Ho Chi Minh city. Pool area was very nice though must be patient waiting for drink orders. Nice beach access.

True 5* property, Hallways on 15th floor could use new paint. Elevators should be upgraded to faster responses. Excellent service & staff. One of the best hotel gyms I have ever seen. All new technogym equipment. Awesome infinity pool on 17th floor. Same room in USA would be well over $300 per night, so this is a awesome bargain (under $100USD). Enjoyed ocean room views with extreme large balcony.

The property was 1st class n the staff was great, especially evan at front desk who made sure we felt comfortable each n every day. Always asked us if we needed anything. Showed us the grab app which made our getting around so easy. He was absolutely top notch. More hotels need more staff members like him. Ken n marie woo

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet location right across from the beach. It is at the end of the street on Back Beach so eed to walk a about 10-15minutes or a short cab ride to shops, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Vias hotel in Vung Tau was wonderful. Our first time in Vung Tau, the hotel is in a great location, on a main, but not so busy street, with easy access to the beach. The hotel is new, and is in great condition, with excellent staff, and an amazing breakfast spread. The pool is stunning, but was quite windy the day we were there. My wife got a massage at the spa, which she recommended. The best part was that we were able to rent a moped from the hotel (cash only), which made exploring Vung Tau very easy and fun.

Great location, great staff, wonderful breakfast buffet. Only wish the pool water was heated (it's cold up on roof with wind blowing) but it was nice anyway.

Hotel is closer to 4 star than 5 star, it’s starting to show its age. We stayed in a suite, nice room, but floors were cheap plastic replica wood floors, not exactly 5 star standard. I have now seen it referred to as a 4 star elsewhere. That said, the price was reasonable and we felt overall we got reasonable good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Employees are very good but due to clients, my experience was teinted. Even if it's not hotel's fault, few things could be done to make sure to accomodate eveybody.

Stayed for one night, got time to use facilities and roof top pool and bar. Arranged transport to Airport, all great and will use again on next business trip to the area.
