First I was receive by the amount being charge completely different from my reservation. Then coffee maker not working and also hair dryer not working.
I was charge 19% taxes addition to 40.000 already added to reservation amount.

I spent a week with friends. We had 4 rooms. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Ivan was very attentive at breakfast and Gabriela at the front seat helped with all of our needs. Great food options close by.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. I felt very comfortable and safe at this hotel. It was very clean, breakfast is included and it was nice. The lobby has a very nice view looking out cucuta city. There is a mall at walking distance (3 blocks away).

This was a great hotel. Very clean, orderly, and well-managed. The room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was adequate. The only complaint was that the toilet was not working properly and we needed to call maintenance multiple times to keep repairing it but it kept not working right. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Actually very nice hotel and friendly staff. Very well located. The rooms are good and also, very good AC. Got checked in at 11:50 as I arrived early and the staff helped me out after a long flight.

Have always been pleased with the Hampton Inn as it is a good quality hotel for the price. I love their lobby being on the top floor with a great view of the city. It is a good location in Cucuta.
