Very close to the sites and shopping

Brilliant stay, staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Good location to the metro and city centre. Cleanliness and housekeeping was 10/10. Highly recommend!

Had a four night stay at the hotel in July 24 and we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stop again.
In a good location in the Old Town and everything we wanted to see was within a walkable distance.
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and always happy to help if you had a question to ask also offering a bottle of water as required.
The roof top bar was very nice to relax at the end of the day and again staff very helpful.
Breakfast was also very good.

We loved the place, right in the middle of activity, dining, taxis, tourist destinations. Rooftop pool bar/rest was awesome!!!!! What a view!

Just a heads up - the standard rooms are very small. Luckily i was able to upgrade to a premium room that was much better. The front desk staff were amazing and prepared a breakfast picnic for takeaway with my early 6am flight. Would stay again!

The staff were super helpful with lots of sightseeing tips and advice. The location is great - right in the middle of a main shopping street and very conveniently close to all the main monuments. Lovely decor in the hotel and the room was beautiful. Very pleased with our stay there and would recommend!

Brilliant hotel right in the heart of Valencia. Short walk to old town and very close to metro station- so easy for airport and beach.

It was perfect for us, very comfortable bed cleanliness of the room was excellent.

Beautifully located hotel. Nice rooms although on the smaller side even when we reserved a deluxe room. Good breakfast. Staff were very pleasant except when we check in. Thanks for the complimentary cocktail on the roof top bar.

Small, modern hotel room in fab central location.
As others had noted, shower stall flooded upon each use. This led to a dampness in the bathroom

Location was perfect to see the sites. Access to public transportation was easy and a supermarket is right down the street. Many dining options and the beach is close.

Excellent location close to all city attractions and shopping. Hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and friendly. We received a bottle of wine as VIP welcome and it was very appreciated.

Great location right next to Colon metro station and where all the things happen in Valencia.
Hotel looks very nice and you can see there was put a lot of effort into it. Staff is friendly and breakfast was decent.
Rooms are little small, though and a little dark due to the small inner space (can’t really be called a yard they look to) and some slippers would be more than welcome.

Cute hotel in the Center of Valencia,. Easy access on foot to all major landmarks. Excellent New Year party. José , guest service manager was super helpful.

Cannot understand how this hotel gets such good reviews, we found it soulless and very average , the decor is dated and the rooms and especially the bathrooms need an overhaul, would not recommend

We absolutely loved this hotel - it's not imposing from the outside but when you get inside lobby, it's stylish, beautifully decorated throughout and the staff are wonderful and so welcoming. The hotel is centrally located between two metro stations and just minutes walk away from the shopping areas, historical squares and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is delicious and abundant and the waitstaff(who are lovely) will also take orders from the menu too. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough for a stay in Valencia - it's fabulous!

Great stay in a nice hotel in a good location for exploring the city. Most things we wanted to see were within walking distance. Beach was a short cab ride away. Front desk staff always very helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations
