YOU cancelled our reservations therefore did not stay at your property. Since YOU CANCELLED our reservation you offered another property in Yorba Linda 13 miles away, Since we attended a Beer Fest at Luchador next door and had been drinking for 3 hours not a good idea to drive that's why we made reservations on September 20 to make sure we would have a place to stay. When we attempted to check in mid-afternoon the desk clerk told us our reservation was cancelled, she told us we received a text/email regarding the cancellation which we did not. We asked to speak to the manager and was told she (the manager) had the day off. I cannot imagine a property like The Marriot had to one to speak with besides the young women at the front desk. I expect a reply to this communication and an explanation as to why this happened and why should i ever use Hotels.com to book another reservation through you and the Marriot properties.

This is always our hotel of choice. We stay here every time we come to town to see our kids. Always friendly people at the desk, room is always clean and bed is comfortable. The free breakfast is always good…a lot of choices.. Great amenities and a lot of services and restaurants near by.

I stayed 4 nights. I asked them everyday 3 morning to clean the room, and did NOT have a do not disturb sign. Every time I went to the front desk they would apologize and say they would make the room that day for sure. They never cleaned my room or took clean towels, nothing.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are well accommodating for a long or short stay.
It’s in a great area with lots of dinning options.
The staff was friendly at check in really fast and easy, welcoming as I checked in. It would be great if the same treatment would continue for the rest of my stay. Not all staff is welcoming.

Pretty good restaurants around. Clean area, near the fwy. The room was clean, the service was great. Only down side is our room didn’t have a shower curtain. We only stayed one night so I didn’t tell staff. Breakfast was the usual waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and pastries. Clean breakfast area too.

The property is in a great location and close to lots of stores. Amenities are nice & the room was clean. Having a semi-full kitchen (no oven) was a plus. The staff was great and I will definitely visit again.

We went to pool very small kids swimming food in pool plus baby with no pool diaper on that was unclean.

The staff was friendly …housekeeping did not clean for the first days then was ok …the breakfast was terrible…waffle batter was so runny could not make a good waffle …ran out of ingredients…don’t come her for the breakfast…

Front desk wasn't there for a solid 15 minutes

Not only was our room filthy the front desk was rude. We were unable to get extra pillows as there were no extras in the entire property. We asked for towel exchange and the front desk acted like we were putting them out because you had to do that early in the morning. I will never recommend this property to anyone or stay there again.

The staff was accommodating, breakfast was decent, but nothing fancy. Refrigerator leaked water during our whole 4-night stay, even after maintenance “fixed” the issue. Other than having to leave a towel in the floor, it was a wonderful stay! Such a great location for food, groceries, freeway, and baseball fields.

We were celebrating my daughter's graduation in Azusa Pacific University. The breakfast at the Hotel was good; we met Bejoo who managed the breakfast; she made us feel welcome every morning.
We did have a problem with the Wifi, but the Hotel did get us a credit.
Overall, the 3 day stay was good as we have been to this Hotel several times during our visit to Southern Ca.

Didn’t like that for 2 night stay they don’t change bed sheets or clean the room. Reception sai d sorry no one updated you on arrival. I had to ask for fresh towels.

The Hotel had the worst smelly room assigned and when requested to change it, canceled the reservation as it was sold out. Worst Customer Service and Worst Marriott Hotel

The front desk staff were kind and sincere, but unfortunately, they couldn't resolve the issue of noise from the room above us, which persisted throughout our entire stay, depriving us of any rest. Although they offered me points, I believe we should have been given a discount, particularly considering they claimed there were no other rooms available for us to move to. I have decided not to return to this hotel and will share my experience with others. Hotels should be more accommodating than simply expressing regret without taking further actio

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was fairly new, the best kitchen I’ve ever had in a hotel with working ice maker in a large refrigerator. Room was kind of small but ok for 1 night. More TV channels available would have been better. Would definitely stay again.
