Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Room was spacious for two and bed was comfortable. Didn’t have a water bottle refill station but had bottled water available.
The check-in guy (sorry I forgot your name) was personable and answered any questions I had regarding my stay!

Friendly staff (day time), looks like newly renovated so the room (especially the bathroom) was decent. Issues: (1) no elevator so I had to drag our luggages to the second floor using the stairs (no assistance was offered by the front desk); and (2) please clean the headboards, chairs, top of the microwave & refrigerator of dust (thankfully, we always bring our own lysol wipes so were able to wipe off the dust). As mentioned in the other reviews, it’s a breakfast to go (juice box, fruit, yogurt, muffin) so if you’re a heavy eater, keep that in mind.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk attendant was friendly. The only issue that I had, which was minor, was the morning front desk attendant. She didn’t offer the bagged breakfast and I was told that I couldn’t use debit to pay for the room because the auditing had already been done the night before. I’ve never had that happen, ever.

Was a fine place to stay, but nothing special. Hotel options were very limited in this area.

Just stayed one night, but we were impressed by how comfortable the kingsize bed was, the cleanliness, walkable access to restaurants (we drove!). Quick drive to Waterton, and much less expensive to stay and eat. Excellent stay.

Nice quiet place to stay. Clean and comfortable. They provided bagged breakfasts containing a muffin, juice box, apple and a granola bar. Coffee available in your room or in the lobby.

Saw this building go up so surprised at dirty hallway carpets and odour. The gentleman that checked me in was rude. I felt talked down to. He went on about not smoking in the room, i told him im a grown-ass 61 year old nonsmoker. Im Metis. Perhaps that was the problem.

Its a newer building in a very commercial area, Walmart almost next door. Just be forewarned the breakfast is a bag with apple, yogurt , breakfast bar, and juice. There is a latte machine in the hall beside reception and each room has tea & coffee with machine in it. Unfortunately its only with paper cups not ceramic . Also a small bar is onsite if you are so inclined, did not try it though.

At check-in. They told us they had sold our room and put us in a handicap accessible room, and told us we could park in handicap parking, even though we are not handicap. We did not do this. They charged us twice for our dog, and had $54.04 more fees tacked on that what it said when we booked with Expedia. The breakfast was in a bag, not what was pictured on line.

Friendly staff, the rooms were clean for the most part but it didnt seem like the floors had been vacuumed, there was dried up pasta and rice by the night stand
Also, would have been nice if they had hot breakfast instead of the to go bags.

I loved this property! The front desk staff was so kind. The room was very clean and had no problems with it ever. The bagged breakfast was so nice as we were going to early hikes. They also had a very nice coffee machine. Plenty of parking. Walmart right next to hotel which was also convenient. One of the best hotels I have stayed in!

I like the cleanliness and the shower, on how the sink was made outside the bathroom. The thing I don’t like is the complimentary bag breakfast. I was expecting somehow a “mini” buffet breakfast. But all in all, our family likes the place.

No surprizes. No disappointments. This is a perfectly average hotel and what you'd expect of Travel Lodge... Barring the slot machines in the lounge, of course!

Overall is ok. It was stated that breakfast included but they didn’t specify that it’s to go breakfast with muffin, juice, yogurt and granola bar. Definitely not enough when you travel with two teenagers. I would have picked a different hotel. Staff were very friendly and fun tho !!!
