The power and electricity went out there was no air conditioning no hot water and I was literally sweating in a dark room. The hotel refuses to give any kind of compensation for this and wants to charge me the full rate even though they failed and they're responsibility to provide the amenities that they advertise such as air conditioning, and electricity. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and the La Quinta management refuses to correct the situation. This hotel should have a generator but it does not. It is not my fault that they fail to meet their obligations and responsibilities. Now I am stuck paying full price for a room that had no air conditioning no electricity and no hot water. The situation is absolutely absurd and ridiculous and neither the La Quinta hotel or Expedia are willing to do anything about it.

The room was clean not properly stocked. There was a used dirty towel in the shower. There was only 2 sets of towels for four people. At the first desk, there was a sign stating low on staff so daily room clean for guest staying multiple nights was not available. My granddaughter was looking forward to swimming in the pool but sign was posted that it was not available. Due to convenience to the attractions in the area, I would possibly stay again

It’s was on-brand. The only complaint was the odor in the hall way was of mildew and the predictability of cleaning service was all over the place.

Everyone was nice.. went eat constantly cleaning, set in lobby constantly cleaning. Breakfast was eggs sausages potatoes, waffles and oat meal cereal and of course toast bagels biscuits, indoor pool I love..so we will be back..

The first room we were unable to sleep as there was loud sound couldn’t tell where it was coming from but it was super loud.. the next day at noon they switched us rooms but there were fleas in that room.. it was very unpleasant and the rooms hadn’t been vacuumed or towels put the restroom.. the office center printer is down so you can’t use it.. the remote to the tv was not working.. we’ve stayed here before and it was good but this trip was very bad.. I don’t know if the difference was that we used expedia to book this time or what.. so disappointed. Plus they charge a pet fee which is not disclosed on expedia..

No power which also meant no hot water or a/c. All due to storm which is understandable but didn't offer even cold water to at least make the heat more bearable will be disputing these charges.

Do not stay in second floor it’s designated as the “pet friendly “ floor and the pets were not too friendly. Some dogs were left alone in rooms barking at people walking in the day and night and when owners were gone the dogs wailed and cried all day long. We stayed in 203 so that area at least 4 rooms next to us had dogs of all shapes.

My gf stepped on a diabetic needle in our room so we went down to the front desk to report it and they couldn't care less. No report was taken, no room change was offered or night compensation was given. Our whole stay in this area was basically hospital for shots and police for report for records. Front desk personnel are rude and very unprofessional.
Recommend NOT staying here. Dirty rooms.

I was at the hotel May 25 I woke up with a lot of headache I went down to the reception at 4 in the morning for some pills the employee Marel was very attentive she offered me coffee and I bought some pills that she told me would be good for my pain thanks to Marel for her kindness.

The staff at this property leaves a lot to be desired as staff goes. They do not smile at the guests and rarely ever speak unless the guest approaches them first. Our check-in was a fiasco as the computer system went down just as we arrived. The manager on duty told us to just have a seat and pointed to the lounge area. He never asked if we would like coffee, water or anything. He is the worst on-duty manager I have ever done business with.

Nice property and good value. Close to the Sugarland area I was wanting to be near.
Only negative is our room lacked lighting it was quite dark. Fine for sleeping.

Hotel was convenient for our trip to Corpus. Price better than we could find any closer to Houston with a 4 star review. Will probably stay there again.

The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept on!

Rooms were nice. Breakfast buffet was really nice. Only downside was the cleaning lady came at 8am to freshen room up and we were still getting ready for the day and planned to leave at 10am. Felt they would come back after we left to freshen room up but never came back so came back to a dirty unclean room. Had to go get more towels at front desk for next day. Didnt like that.
