Room size was great. Staff were friendly. Pool was small when compared to other hotels with a similar price. Room was not very clean for the price and the kids woke up with a few ants on them. Nothing serious but unexpected.

Rooms in the back are a stone-throw (no kidding) to freight train tracks that run throughout the night. Despite the hotel's best effort with their window, you can feel the vibrations and hear the noise.
Would have been 5 stars had I requested a room on the other side.

Unfortunately our room was next to the fire pit and other hotel guests were very loud out by the fire until after 11:30pm. We called down multiple times to the front desk to ask politely for them to quiet down since it was late and the loudness kept waking up our children and our baby.

Rooms were good size with sofa. The bathroom was large and well laid out. Could have used a larger fridge.

Upon check in I was assigned a double room. That is not what I booked. Brought that to their attention and I was told they were sold out of king rooms.
Next we get to our room to find trash on the floor. Obviously the maids didn’t clean very good.
Next thing the door with a lock to get in the pool area is broken so no swimming. Next our shower containers were all out of bath stuff… soap, shampoo and conditioner. Theirs is mounted on the wall in the shower!
I brought all of this to their attention and o ly got I’m sorry. I would never stay there again or
Recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other places to stay just nearby!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel room. Large bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Separate lounge area with couch and desk was an added bonus. Friendly and professional staff. I definitely will stay here again!

Pool was VERY small and broke for 3 days of our stay. Front desk worker was not helpful and rude. Our door lock did not work.

Reserved a rental after my flight, when I go to check in they don’t have anything for me. What’s the point of reserving then?

Lobby really clean. Room overall was good.

The hotel room was terrific and the staff was friendly. The only issue was the amount of youth baseball players who overtook the lobby each day and night.

Staff was friendly, check in and out was a breeze, room was clean and it was quiet.
It was no hassle to get room sales tax exempt since it was for work, and that was the best part. So many hotels make it a big deal to do that, so I am grateful for the ease of it at this hotel and will be back if I stay in Etown again.

I love that the rooms are spacious and can hold 5 people. Breakfast other than continental is included. Would like a night light in the bathroom.

We travel .have been to 57 countries . This was about the nicest room we have had . It is clean and spacious . There are amenities not always found in hotels . The en-suite is Impressive . I loved the desk partition. . Staff could not have. been nicer

Nice suite and good price. Loved the shower and bottles of shower necessities hanging on the wall. Nice breakfast with bacon, eggs and lots of other choices.

The hotel was fairly new and nice . Staff was friendly and helpful . Amenities were ok , not great( small small pool , no hot tub , breakfast was ok not great . Close to many eating establishments .

The property is fine. Probably the best options for the area. I would have expected it to be in better condition- the carpets are stained, there was debris on the couch, and the bathrooms floor were super sticky. We had a group of 4 rooms so our room condition was not an anomaly. But again, I don’t think you can do much better in Elizabethtown.

Stay was great, the room(suite) was awesome, very new feeling and plenty of room / accommodations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and modern feeling.

Our stay was extremely enjoyed for a night and staff was super friendly and definitely will return again when passing through! Loved the room very clean and amazing hair and body products and I’m super picky
