Elena runs the B&B and was a very sweet and accommodating host. She also lives there so takes great care of her own operation. Location The B&B is a ~20 walk from the train station and is up on a hill. It’s on the 6th floor of an old apartment building in a quiet residential neighborhood. The city must have gone through some protests as there is a lot of graffiti and some damage but previous commentary about the level of safety seems to be unwarranted. Accommodations We loved our room. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable and also had lots of lovely art. The best part was breakfast each morning on the terrace with a fabulous view of the city and sea, perfectly quiet and unbothered. Elena brought us warm and flaky croissants, made cappuccino, and had other breakfast items as well. Although she doesn’t speak much English, she is there to take care of you. Conclusion The location is a reasonable distance from the train station in a quiet neighborhood, the accommodation met our every need, and Elena was the perfect host. We didn’t have a single complaint and wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you Elena!!!

Elena is an outstanding host! Very friendly. She assisted us with suggestions on how to get around the Amalfi Coast. Every morning she prepared a wonderful breakfast for our family and served it on the terrace overlooking the city, offering us seconds and thirds if we wanted. We highly recommend her B&B.

I stayed here for four nights as a solo female traveller and loved it! When I tell you this woman is the SWEETEST! She barely speaks english but made me feel like I was staying with my grandma who just wanted to take care of me haha. Fresh baked croissants and cappucino for breakfast every morning, room was clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. The view from the room was AMAZING and fhe big windows made waking up at sunrise worth it! There are tons of dining options nearby, and the waterfront to catch the ferry to many amalfi coast towns is about a 15 min walk. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at Elena’s B&B. The place is spotless and comfortable, and Elena is a wonderful host. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We did day trips to Pompeii and Naples, and having a train station with a grocery shop a few blocks away was very convenient.

This is a wonderful place. The B&B host is lovely and provides a delightful breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean. This is easy to get to from the Salerno train station (but there are some stairs to lug things up). It is an easy walk to the ferry terminals and to the charming downtown area with tons of options for eating and shopping. My daughter and I highly recommend the B&B Armonia! There is nothing we would change.

VERY much enjoyed our stay at Elena’s B&B Armonia in Salerno. Very convenient .2 mile walk to the train. Elena was a wonderful hostess with delicious homemade cornettas & caffe accompanied with yogurt and juice. The room was very clean. Elena takes pride in the entire space. The views were amazing. This was our favorite stay while in Italy. Plenty of dining options close as well. Thank you, Elena!

Elena the host is amazing. She pays attention to every detail and treats the guests like family. The rooms are superb, her breakfast is excellent and the views are amazing.

The owner of this B&b was the sweetest. We had fresh homemade breakfast every morning. We didn’t spend to much time in the b&b after breakfast but the wifi was amazing when needed. The owners English is very little but using WhatsApp helped her translate long conversations. Amazing experience

My girls and I stayed 2 nights at B&B Armonia in the room that sleeps 3 with a balcony view. Let me start by saying our host was very accommodating, the room was exceptionally clean down to every detail, and the views were phenomenal and our best of the whole Italy trip! I can not say enough positives about our stay. We arrived in the rain and was slightly challenged to find the right location; however, while we waited for the 3pm check in, our host stored our bags and gave us umbrellas so we could start to explore. Breakfast was perfect of fresh croissants, juices, and coffees. We could hear concerts from the church nearby and the sunrises and sets along with the fresh cool breezes topped our list of most impressive! I would highly recommend staying here and give it 11/10 rating.

What a great B&B. Homemade apricot croissant every morning with Italian coffee. Was perfect start to the day. Great location to cathedral, shopping and food. Hostess very nice. Awesome views from balcony, sunrise and sunset.

Elena cooks breakfast for guests in her kitchen and the room had a nice balcony with a beautiful view overlooking Salerno. I would definitely recommend this B&B and would stay here again.

The stay was perfect, incredibly sweet and amazing hostess, which meant that we really felt us at home during the stay, she is the sweetest lady in the world. The view over the city and the water from the balcony was incredibly nice, and we got a beautiful room with its own nice clean shower and toilet. You may want neighbors who also use the balcony but it is beautifully divided by a lot of lovely flowers. The location is very close to the center just a few hundred meters and 3 nice well-stocked supermarkets just around the corner If we one day return to Salerneo, we will stay at B&B Armonia. thats for sure.

At the top of a set of steep stairs, the building looks clean and on a quiet street. It took me a minute to find the buzzer that I should press for entrance to the building (that probably should be in the instructions when booking). The main foyer is quite drab, giving one a not welcoming sense, but at least there is an elevator to get you to the 6th floor, where you are welcomed by Elena to her absolutely lovely B&B. The bedroom was spacious with a view of the water and the cathedral. Very modern bathroom & comfortable bed. There did not seem to be air-conditioning so the room could get a bit warm, I just left the windows open, but as there are no screens, that may not be for everyone. Amenities include shower gel & had soap at the sink. The patio off the breakfast room has a fabulous view of the sea. Breakfast was coffee and huge croissant and another pastry. Easy walking distance down the stairs to the main walking district and then onto the seaside promenade with plenty of restaurants and shops. Would stay here again if I am in Salerno

Amazing stay here, despite my first impression (entering into a very much shared downstairs foyer). Hostess was a really lovely, smiley and friendly lady. My room exceeded expectations; fully self contained to a high standard with a balcony AND VIEWS. A translator via mobile phone helped communication. Bottled water and a kettle in the breakfast room are always available. Happy to open wine, rather late at night! Lovely croissant in morning and coffee too. Arranged a taxi as requested. Hugged hostess goodbye with hopes of returning. A 100% awesome one-night stay, should have been longer ...

Felt right at home and Elena was very friendly. The view was incredible.
