If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely perfect. I don't know why I would ever stay anywhere else in Palmer.
They communicated with me throughout my stay to make sure everything was just right, which it was. The apartment/condo was adorable and extremely well cleaned. The shower had hot water and great pressure. The washer and dryer in our room was a huge godsend. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were so fluffy. I was really impressed. The livingroom had comfy couches and a good size tv. The full size kitchen with full size appliances, including a dishwasher, were a real treat from the normal hotel sized mini everything. The views are beyond words, stunning doesn't even come close.
Stay here! You won't be disappointed!

What a wonderful place to stay. Kitchen area was very nice and well appointed for cooking with pans and utensils. The bathroom was very clean and modern with a great shower. Living area was very comfy and relaxing. The bedroom was perfect with a closet, ceiling fan and tv. All in all it was a wonderful place to come back to every day and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Everything felt very new and modern and not that lived in feel some other places have, much nicer than a hotel room

Very quiet and new, clean space. Could be perfect for a long stay as it's equipped with essentials including washer and dryer and kitchen supplies (not food but coffee/tea and pots, etc). Easy check-in and out with door code. Very comfortable apartment.

Very nice place to stay in Palmer. Clean and stocked well. The layout is open and comfortable. It's within easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. The mountain views are lovely. We booked this at the last minute and were very happy with the immediate communication from the owner. Helpful, friendly and welcoming. This was a great find!

This is a charming place in a quiet area, walkable to a local brewery. It’s clean and has all the amenities you will need. We stayed in Palmer to avoid the busyness of Anchorage. I would totally stay here again!

We had the 3 bedroom (1 k, 2 Q). We were in unit 1 upstairs. The entire unit is stunningly updated. Marty was very responsive as soon as I emailed him about anything we needed. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. You will not disappointed at all if you book here.

Colony Suites IS A first CLASS top notch property. CLEAN, BRAND new appliances, EXTREMELY comfortable beds and TOP NOTCH (I mean top notch service) and GREAT communication from proprietors... Could not recommend more!

We loved how clean and nice this place was. There was some construction going on but everything on the inside was great. We loved having a washer and dryer to catch up on our laundry. We could also walk to a couple of close by restaurants. We are already talking about booking this place again for another Alaska vacation.

Difficultly locating property due to incorrect address, however I did do same day reservation, and had to contact via phone (2 different calls) on arrival to locate and get check in information.
However the property itself made up for it! Wonderful!

The room had everything we needed and more. Having the washer/dryer and kitchenet was a big plus. The bathroom as my granddaughter exclaimed is HUGE. The walk in shower was great for my wife bac back. Even though it was cold outside the room was warm and inviting when we returned each night.

This property was immaculate & we really appreciated the detailed texts and emails regarding checkin. The location could not be beat for its proximity to shops & restaurants. Perfect spot to catch up on laundry and do a quick virtual job interview between Alaska adventures! Nice walk around downtown Seward and Mountain Views from the kitchen window topped it all off.

Very clean, very comfortable. This property had everything that we might need for cooking, laundry, and entertainment. It was in a great location and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to others.
