Nice suite room with jacuzzi

Proprietor was rude, demanded cash deposit, threw it back to me when I checked out without so much as a thank you. Room was not bad, area is so-so. The Glendale Hotel, next door, is way better and about the same price.

Cleaning was very bad

At first glance, the room we got was filthy, like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Bead sheets all had stanis. As well as bugs crawling on the walls and floors. And the bathroom was disgusting.

What made to pay $20 deposit for room key, returned key and never received deposit back. Walls had blood spots and other kinds of stains. Wasnt worth what we paid. Will never return

They charge A cash deposit not listed in the purchase and it’s not returned

I definitely would not suggest property. The room was not bad. But the owner is very dodgy. First of all he wanted $20 cash during check in? I had already paid with Expedia??? the reason we chose this room was we needed to use the sofa bed since we had 5 people. When we get to the room there was not any bedding for the sofa bed. When we checked in we said we had5 people. I told him we needed bedding for the sofa bed. He said "no". When I tried to talk him into the bedding he said" beds are for sleeping and sofa is for sleeping, $10"!!! Then when he gave us the "bedding" all it was was a flat sheet!? No pillows or blanket.

The place was out of power for 4 hours. The heat was unbearable and i had to sleep in the car.

Is to noisy don’t have a parking

The rooms are not sou as it says on the website. The front door as a 2 in gap on the floor, you can her people in the other rooms. Place was a pretty shady place. If you asked for extra sheets it was a cost. The room had a sofa I requested more sheets as my 2 teenager boys did not want to sleep on the same bed. We were denied unless we paid. Parking was terrible the spaces were too small. The tv did not work, it turned on, but you were not able to switch channels all you saw was a picture on the screen. The room was not cleaned there was hair and stickers on the sheet not visible unless you are pre-cleaning as I do. The walls had boogers and poop stains on the walls. The smoke detector had no battery's. The ac only worked at night it was so hot in the daytime. They did not provide trash bags, only 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole stay, the little shampoo they give you were used as if they do not provide new ones for every customer, no housekeeping service, no phone in the room in case you have questions to the front desk. Everything was a charge. Check in was weird they have you pay a $20 deposit cash only. At check-out they refuse to refund it. I asked for my deposit. The lady said is the room clean I told her as clean as I could leave it all we left was trash like food and drinks. She said it's for the housekeepers. It sounded like that is how the pay the housekeeping wages was based on the deposit. It was so bad I do not recommend this hotel very disappointed.

Decent rooms for the good prices. Not the Hilton but its also not a Motel. Its in between. The staff are friendly & understanding.

Roaches everywhere!!! We stayed here a few weeks ago & it was a good stay that’s why we came back! This stay there was roaches in the shower while we were showering!!! In the bath tub, around the bathtub, in the toilet area!! I’m sure they were all over the room we just could t see them because of the flooring!!! It would be good if they stayed up on the big control

Our stay was very short, the inside is remodeled, however the room smelt of a man's cologne as if sprayed. The smell went away as we aired out the room. Pillows were hard, and there was no microwave just the bare necessities. When I checked in they asked for a $20 deposit and if I didn't have cash they had convince of an ATM machine? The water in the shower was installed incorrectly and hot water took 5 to 6 minutes to shower. If you just need a room this is for you but if you need more than that look elsewhere.

Was clean, room was cool. Loved the jetted tub and nice big shower. Only thing was they had an ironing board with no iron nor coffee or coffee pot in room. Other then that it was nice!

Its a decent Hotel for the price. The best feature is, there is are 2x rooms with Jacuzzi's in them. The staff are friendly & accommodate when you need something. Theres a free 1 car parking per room and plenty of street parking.

Lots of stores and several restaurants in a 7 mile radius but it has low space on parking. Floors are supper dirty i drop a drop of water try to clean it with a white rag it turn black so floors need a lot more cleaning

Very nice stay in modern room. Parking spaces are limited. Someone was unloading large amounts of ice and making a lot of noise in the middle of the night

I love the location, but Liked the hotel nextdoor much better for about $30 more it has more parking and a great lobby to sit. I wouldn't book this again. Load people stay here

There was mold on the bathtub (jacuzzi) dead bolt was broken. I was told I can park on the street came out to my car in the morning and got a ticket for parking.

Did not even enter room. Manager was very rude, yelling, using inappropriate language, and not allowing me to us bathtub in room even though I paid extra. Never stayed at the motel. Requesting refund

Looks to be a nicely refurbished former Apartment Building. The room was nice and big and very nice.

The hotel is around most restaurants we frequent.

First I made reservations on line it stayed there where microwaves then when I get there there was nothing . The room was horrible disgusting and dirty . Could not open the blinds that was strange , charged a deposit did not stated on line then my two keys for the door stop working I had to keep going up to the front desk to return them for the four days I was checking in . Then he wanted to charge me extra moneys for sheets and only one roll of toilet paper for four days . Then on our second day around 10:00 pm the couple next door where having sex so loud that we had our 10 year old son with us that we had to put the t.v on so loud that he could not hear the noise. It was just the most disgusting place that I really don’t no what kind of ppl he rents to . That’s not it it’s really sad knowing I had to be at work at 5:00am to top it off the parking was so ridicules was really hard to find one . Over all this stay was not pleasant I would not recommend this hotel to no one especially he was not customer service at all never again .

Nice staff. The room was mostly clean. The gap on the bottom of the entrance door was quite big. The "no guests" mention of the paid room was a little discouraging. If the place didn't have a built in Jacuzzi tube i wouldn't have stayed here. Its a really nice one for 99$ a night.
