It was nice and clean. Room could use a chair and firmer pillows. Located close to lots of places. Breakfast was good!

Clean and well maintained. Free parking that was easy. It’s right off the main road. We would stay here again. Staff was very friendly too.

We really appreciate this great addition to East Wenatchee. It is convenient for shopping and provides easy access to the bridge that takes us over the river to the hospital. We will stay again.

The front desk staff is exemplary!! The location was perfect for me. The only reason I marked it 4 instead of 5 stars was the elevator was dirty and my room was not straightened/refreshed even though they had plenty of time to do so. Overall though, the hospitality staff is worth it and I would stay again.

Was a little noisy first thing in the morning with trucks….garbage, semis starting.

This was a great value for our stay in Wenatchee. The staff was great! Room was very clean and comfortable. I would like to be ability to lower the AC below 69 degrees. They put a lock on the AC I guess. At times the room was a bit hot for my liking. Has a really nice breakfast too. Other than the warm room, it would have been a 5 star all the way through.

Clean comfortable and a great value

There was mold around the shower door and no freezer in the room. It was 105 degrees outside. A freezer was necessary for food storage coolers. Pool floor was grimey with algae. Breakfast was great though and the room itself was clean enough.

This was a great stay. The only thing I would say was the hallways carpets need to be replaced, it’s come loose from the backing and it’s become a trip hazard. Also, the coffee maker in the room is a joke. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.

The property is clean and staff was very nice. They had a delicious spinach quiche in their breakfast offerings. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. The bed was not particularly comfortable but the clencher for me was how warm the room was. It was over 100 outside and you could not adjust the temperature on the air conditioner. There was a thermostat in the room that also could not be adjusted. I was extremely hot all night. The thermostat said 69 but it felt much warmer.

Close to the shopping mall and restaurants very convenience

Great place to stay. We were passing through so only stayed 2 nights so didn’t use amenities, so can’t speak to that. Rooms were great, we had no issues or complaints. Staff was lovely, only experienced a bit of rudeness upon leaving but nothing that wouldn’t make me come back. The breakfast included had great variety in comparison to other continental breakfasts. That was the main reason we booked with Fairfield (aside from the look of the rooms). They always had fruit, coffee, tea, muffins, bagels and spreads, yogurt, milk, oatmeal bar (selection of toppings for your oatmeal), cereals, eggs, bacon or sausage, quiche, salsas, make your own waffles plenty for every one and great for kids.

The hotel experience was good overall and the staff was very friendly. However, we booked a king room with sofa bed and upon arrival were told the hotel was overbooked and they could not satisfy our room booking. We were downgraded to two double beds and not given any discount for the downgrade, we were simply told Hotels.com overbooked them and couldn't do anything about it. I sympathize with the staff having to deal with this issue given it's not within their control. However, it's very frustrating to make a booking for a specific room type and pay the fees associated, only to be told you can't have the room you booked and there's no adjustment to the fee you will pay. If you're considering booking this hotel, I suggest you do so directly via Marriott and not via Hotels.com or other third parties.

Decent hotel, good price. We decided to skip the breakfast after seeing what was offered.

As a customer my expectation was very simple. You book per the availability shown and you get a confirmation, you expect to get the room you booked when you checkin. I had to have uneasy and difficult conversations with the front desk after I realized the room given was 1 kingbed and not 2 queen beds. Front desk mentioned repeatedly that you didn't book directly and hence no guarantee on your booking even if it was confirmed by 3rd party like expedia as per marriot policy. This was new information to me unfortunately. Reaching out to expedia customer service was not easy. Could not find a number to call for assist on contact us page and had to chat with virtual assist, later got an agent and then I realized expedia booking confirmation is a joke. The agent mentioned they were over sold and I have to adjust with what you get. When you are at hotel with your family and kids this is not something you want to deal with. We were two families and wanted to stay together and Fairfield front desk was not willing to cancel the reservation for both rooms as one of the family member used the bathroom. If Marriot policy considers 3rd party bookings as second class citizens, well Marriott is not for me even as direct booking. Also if expedia doesn't have any contractual rules to enforce, expedia would not be my choice either.
